On July 2nd, official website Economic Development Zone Natural Resources and Planning released two work trends, namely, building a new kindergarten and a new primary school in Yaoguan.

Among them, the kindergarten project is located on the south side of Fangqing Road and the east side of Guanhu West Road in Yaoguan Town, covering an area of about 8 mu. It is planned to build a 3-track 9-class kindergarten with a construction area of about 4,000 square meters.

After fully investigating the surrounding environment and future planning, the construction unit and the design unit adopted bionic design, and turned the architectural form into an egret flying with wings, which not only inherited the regional culture, but also contained humanistic feelings. This design concept of grounding gas has won unanimous praise from the participating experts.

The primary school project design scheme passed the expert review on June 25th, with a total investment of about 654.38+600 million yuan. Located in the south of Textile Road and west of Guanhu West Road in Yaoguan Town, it covers an area of about 55.8 mu, and plans to build a new primary school with 6 tracks and 36 classes, with a construction area of about 26,500 square meters.

The project is located on the ecological green axis of Yaoguan, adjacent to Songjian Lake. The scheme fully studies the infiltration and enjoyment of wetland landscapes such as surrounding lakes and green spaces. The single characteristics of white wall and herringbone slope combined with flexible architectural pattern are like a lake sail, which inherits the regional context of Songjian Lake in modern style. The design concept of the scheme has also been unanimously recognized by experts.

Geographically, the newly-built kindergarten faces Jony J across the sea. The new construction of kindergartens and primary schools can greatly fill the educational gap in the future.

At present, the new houses on sale in Yaoguan Plate are: Jinling Heting, Yuhuguan and Jinyi Xuhui Metropolis Jiang Lai.

The main building of Jinling Heting No.5 is for sale, with a construction area of about 1 10,1/7 ㎡, and the average price is about13,500 yuan/㎡.
