How about Chongqing Teana Hotel?

I checked in a year ago and had a good impression. During the Spring Festival this year, the five-star hotel was officially listed, but the service quality dropped greatly. After living on 14 floor, I found that the toilet was blocked for 5 minutes and had to change floors. The room was untidy, and there were countless water stains on the TV screen (and it was cleaned after living for three days, and it appeared the next day, presumably because the waiter wiped it with a wet towel). Very uncomfortable. The only choice is that the laundry service is excellent, and free shoeshine is also very popular.
