According to the total number of requisitioned hotel rooms and occupancy classification, compensation will be given:

Salary audit procedure

The requisitioned hotel shall submit the materials needed to apply for compensation. The District Health Bureau examines and confirms the number of days of hotel requisition, the actual number of rooms requisitioned every day and the number of rooms used for settlement. The District Housing and Construction Bureau approved the specific compensation plan and publicized it on the portal website of the district government for 5 working days. Upon the expiration of the publicity period, the District Housing and Construction Bureau shall apply to the district government in writing for the allocation of compensation funds. After the approval of the district government, the District Housing and Construction Bureau shall make a compensation decision within 3 working days and notify the compensated person. The District Housing and Construction Bureau applies to the district finance for the allocation of compensation funds, and the district finance directly pays the compensation funds to the bank account provided by the compensated person through centralized payment by the state treasury.

Legal basis: Article 17 of the Regulations on Expropriation and Compensation of Houses on State-owned Land. The compensation given by the people's government of the city or county that made the decision on house expropriation includes:
