Being elected smiling ambassador this time is an affirmation of my work and a spur to my future work. I should be more strict with myself, do my work better and keep the image of smiling ambassador. In the future work, I will live up to the expectations of the leaders, work harder and do my bit for the development of the company with practical actions. For the company's four-star transformation, we rely on the operation of Chinese food department and simple box operation. This is Guo from the front office of the hotel. Today, I am very glad to have the opportunity to share my views and experiences on smile service with you.
Smile is the most basic and important service consciousness in our service industry. It can create a harmonious atmosphere and make guests feel happy and warm. In other words, when guests see our warm smiling faces, they will have a good time in the hotel. In fact, smiling at guests is also smiling at ourselves and our work, because when we smile, we will become happy and our work will naturally go smoothly.
But smiling is not only an expression display, but also an emotional communication with guests. We smile at our guests to convey the meaning of "Nice to meet you and be happy to serve you", which reflects this beautiful state of mind. Of course, smiling service does not only mean smiling on the face, but also means serving the guests sincerely in action, understanding their thoughts and demands, and treating them emotionally as our friends and relatives.
