3. Precautionary area: Keqiao District is adjacent to Shuijing Road in the east, Xingyue Road in the south, Jinkeqiao Avenue in the west and Hangzhou-Ningbo Canal in the north. North to Qiantao Highway-Jinkeqiao Avenue-Hangzhou-Ningbo Canal-Shuijing Road-Qiantao Highway, west to Yuezhou Avenue-Anhua Road, south to Textile City Avenue and east to fenced area.
