The manual is a comprehensive overview of the hotel, which should be very comprehensive, including asset status, financial status, unexpected events, etc.; P&P and policies & procedures, mainly the hotel's management requirements, There are two parts: policy direction and specific procedures. Policies mostly talk about principles, and then have specific procedural requirements; the last SOP is the information that employees are most frequently exposed to, and each hotel department has its own rules based on its own department. The SOP formulated by the daily office, of course, cannot be determined by one's own department, but is completed by the entire hotel in a coordinated manner, and the content contained is more day-to-day and targeted at direct operations.
