When registering the establishment of an individual industrial and commercial household, you must first bring the certificate of business location to the industrial and commercial office for pre-approval of the trade name.

Applicant's identity certificate

Identity certificate refers to the resident ID card , or household registration certificate: one copy (check the original, and the ID card should be legal and valid)

People from other provinces and cities also need to submit a residence permit, or temporary residence permit: one copy (check the original)

3. Proof of applicant’s occupational status

Unemployment certificate issued by the urban and sub-district labor and employment center; laid-off certificate issued by the original unit; certificate of resignation or suspension of employment; "Registration Card for Job Seeking of Rural Surplus Labor Force" or village committee An original copy of the certificate.

A copy of the "Labor Manual" or retirement certificate (check the original)

4. Proof of business premises

If the applicant has his own business premises, he should submit a copy of the property rights certificate issued by the housing management department (check the original).

When renting another person’s place, you should submit an original copy of the lease agreement (the lease period must be more than one year) and a copy of the property ownership certificate from the housing management department (check the original)

None of the above If the property management department provides property rights certificates, other property rights certificates must be submitted.

5. If the business scope falls under the items that must be submitted for trial according to laws and administrative regulations, approval documents or certificates from relevant national departments must be submitted.

6. If the applicant entrusts an agent, he should submit a copy of the "Power of Attorney for Application for Registration of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households" (receipt) and a copy of the agent's identity certificate (check the original)

Remarks:

The documents and certificates submitted by the applicant should be originals. If the originals cannot be submitted, their copies should be verified by the industrial and commercial registration authority.
