According to the construction and development plan of Beijing green isolation zone during the Tenth Five-Year Plan period issued by Beijing Municipal Planning Commission, the first green zone and the second green zone will be integrated into a master plan for the first time, which will "focus" on the development of Beijing green isolation zone. Among them, Shunyi will promote the construction of Wenyuhe Park and Wenyuhe Green Ecological Corridor in an orderly manner.

Shunyi District of Wenyuhe Park covers a total area of 7.5 square kilometers, involving Houshayu Town, Gaoliying Town and Airport Street. Among them, the first phase of Wenyuhe Park Shunyi is located in Houshayu Town. It is estimated that the park will basically meet the opening conditions by the end of this year, and will officially open on May 1 day, 2024.
