Dongchang College of Liaocheng University is a public university.

Dongchang College of Liaocheng University is located in Liaocheng Economic Development Zone. Established with the approval of Shandong Provincial Department of Education in April 2002, it is a secondary college of Liaocheng University. In June 2005, it was approved by the Ministry of Education as an independent undergraduate college. In August 2005, Liaocheng Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government decided to merge Liaocheng Education College and Liaocheng Teachers College with a history of 100 years into Dongchang College of Liaocheng University, so as to realize complementary advantages and optimize resource allocation.

The college is a full-time undergraduate college, which recruits ordinary undergraduate and junior college students for the society. At present, there are 12 departments (departments) such as Chinese, economics and management, foreign languages, education, mathematics and information engineering, film and television media, chemical biology, mechanical and electrical engineering, music performance, art design, physical education department and Marxist teaching department.
