According to the spiritual requirements of Yunnan Provincial Communications Department's Notice on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Plan for Centralized Investigation and Remediation of Fire Hidden Dangers in Traffic Sanatorium (No.788 [2006] of Yunnan Traffic Sanatorium), according to the overall work arrangement of traffic sanatorium, the sanatorium has earnestly carried out the special fire safety inspection in combination with the actual situation of the unit, and the work situation is hereby notified as follows.

First, strengthen leadership and clarify responsibilities.

According to the relevant requirements of the responsibility book for safety work signed with the department at the beginning of the year, combined with the personnel changes, the leading group for safety work in nursing homes was adjusted, the fire control work was carefully deployed, the work responsibilities were clearly defined, and based on the fire safety system, the "sanatorium fire hazard survey group" with the hospital safety leading group as the backbone was established, and the responsibility book for fire safety was signed with all units, which provided institutional and organizational guarantee for fire control safety work.

Second, highlight key points and strictly control them.

In the spirit of being highly responsible for the safety of people's lives and property, from the end of June 165438+, the "Fire Hidden Danger Investigation Team" carefully inspected the fire safety work in public gathering places such as hospital housekeeping department, catering department and ktv, and made efforts to:

(1) Highlight key points and clarify the contents of fire investigation.

According to the requirements of the implementation plan for fire investigation and rectification in the lobby, we mainly investigated: 1, facilities:

Focus on investigating whether automatic fire-fighting facilities such as automatic fire extinguishing and smoke control systems and indoor fire hydrants, fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, evacuation signs and other fire-fighting facilities and equipment are missing, damaged or stopped, as well as the installation and use of counterfeit and shoddy fire-fighting products.

2. Architecture:

Check and rectify whether the safety exits, evacuation routes, fire and smoke prevention zones, interior decoration, fire resistance rating and site setting of business buildings of all units and departments in our hospital meet the national technical standards for building fire protection.

3. Planning:

This paper mainly aims at whether the fire safety layout in the reconstruction and expansion planning of our hospital is reasonable and whether the public fire control facilities meet the actual needs.

4. At the regional level:

This paper mainly investigates whether there are some problems in our hospital, such as the building with integrated storage and residence, low fire resistance rating, blocked or insufficient fire exits and evacuation exits, insufficient fire spacing, poor access for fire engines, and lack of fire water sources.

2. The goal is clear. For the business premises, the implementation of fire safety responsibility, the implementation of fire inspection system, the integrity of building fire facilities, safety exits and safety evacuation facilities, the management of fire power supply and the fire training of employees were mainly inspected. From the perspective of asset financing, we focus on the fire management of inventory materials storage. Focus on checking the safety of fire and electricity in the duty room and dormitory. At the same time, the purchase and update of fire-fighting equipment, as well as the formulation and implementation of fire-fighting plans were inspected.

(three) to strengthen education, increase the publicity of fire safety work.

In the general survey, we adhered to the principle of treating both the symptoms and the root causes. On the basis of general survey, rectification and palliative measures, we should focus on the root cause, make full use of effective carriers such as blackboard newspapers and slogans, increase the publicity and education of fire safety, raise the awareness of fire safety of employees to a new height while inspecting, publicizing and educating, and invite the staff of Kunming Fire Prevention and Control Center to explain the fire safety knowledge to the employees in the hospital, so that every employee has the basic knowledge of fire prevention and disposal.

Third, find problems and pay close attention to rectification

During the inspection, we should focus on preventing and containing serious fires, focusing on places where fire accidents are frequent and people are concerned, carefully looking for problems and hidden dangers, and paying close attention to rectification.

1. Further improve the fire fighting conditions of the unit. The base invested 1.xxxx yuan, and 153 fire extinguishers were added. In view of the fire hazard caused by the poor oil smoke exhaust channel in the hotel kitchen, and the limited financial resources of the hotel, our hospital assisted in applying for and striving for the office to invest xxxx yuan for renovation. Through these measures, the safety environment has been effectively improved, the operation procedures have been planned, the implementation of fire prevention measures has been urged, and the occurrence of fire accidents has been prevented.

2. Supervise all departments to carry out self-examination and self-correction, implement rectification measures, implement rectification personnel, and implement the rectification period. According to the requirements of the Implementation Plan for Fire Hazard Investigation and Remediation and the Responsibility Letter for Safety Work, all departments have established and improved various fire safety systems and operating procedures to ensure fire safety, and all management has embarked on a standardized road.

Through the inspection, the fire awareness of the whole hospital was obviously improved, the safety responsibilities of various departments were further implemented, and the safety hazards were further eliminated. In the future work, we should take this census as an opportunity to establish and improve a more perfect long-term fire safety mechanism, carefully analyze the weak links in the work, find out the omissions in the work, and continue to carry out in-depth fire hazard investigation, so as to make the fire safety work in nursing homes reach a new level.
