Running stair steps: bend your body forward, move your center of gravity forward, stride two steps with a large step distance, rise step by step, quickly and evenly, skillfully use the inertia of body and tray movement, speed up, and save physical strength.
Step (auxiliary step): when sideways, take one step with your right foot and one step with your left foot. You should use Step by step when you want to put food on the table before sending it to the restaurant.
Unloading: When the goods are delivered to the restaurant, carefully put them in the selected position, put the plates on the table with both hands, and then take them when the goods are stable, and take them off alternately from both sides of the plates.

Great trust is the end support for large and heavy articles, which requires the waiter to have certain arm strength and skills.
Tray arrangement: basically the same as light trays, you should choose a tray with the right size. It is very important to do a good job of cleaning items that often bring more soup. Only by cleaning up the oil in the vegetables in time can the accident of sliding objects be avoided.

When lifting, the left hand and tray will be sent to the upper part of the left shoulder during the upward and left rotation. When the tip of your left finger is backward, the tray is 2cm away from your shoulder, and then your right hand will be retracted. Hold the dish without arms, mouth in front of the dish, hair behind the dish (right hand holding the front corner of the dish). Once the pallet is lifted, you should always maintain uniform strength and hold the pallet to the end, otherwise it will cause the goods to tilt, fall and slide, and be ready to get rid of the collision of others at any time. Keep your upper body straight, keep your arms parallel, keep your eyes on the front, walk smoothly and gently, keep your arms from tilting, keep your body from swinging, and never stop when encountering obstacles. After holding up the tray, you should grasp the center of gravity and relax naturally.
