The architectural design scheme of five-star hotel-gold and silver lake Walden International Hotel (tentative name) is invited for international public bidding, hoping to leave the wisdom and innovation of bidders in gold and silver lake.

1. Project location: international five-star lakeside hotel.

The development of this project aims at guiding and demonstrating the hotel industry in Dongxihu District and Wuhan City. The scheme design should embody the principle of "ahead of time, over cash and over value". "Advanced" means that the project should be forward-looking, in line with the development trend of the hotel industry in China and Wuhan, and the design concept should be advanced; "Surplus" means that the project design should surpass the present situation of Wuhan hotel industry, which is refreshing; "Supervalue" is to create a high-grade, high-grade and high-value international five-star hotel through meticulous planning, architectural style, environment and materials.

2. This project should follow the people-oriented principle, closely combine the characteristics of geographical location, human history and external natural environment, boldly adopt advanced design concepts and technologies, and comprehensively enhance the value of hotels and lots through scientific and reasonable layout.

3. The project is located in gold and silver lake Ecological Park, a famous "ecological garden city" in Wuhan, with superior environment. Silver Lake in the east, Jinshan Avenue in the south, Yinqiao flying to Silver Lake in the east, gold and silver lake Road in the west, Sanjiang space land in the north, 75m green belt near Jinshan Avenue and 30m green belt near the lake. The government agreed to rent it for free. Making full use of lakeside features and creating holiday garden hotel atmosphere is the key to the success of this project design. Bidders need to fully demonstrate and elaborate the principles and ideas of scheme design.

4. Project scale and content

(1) The total construction area of this project is about 90,000 square meters, and the designer should configure it according to the standards of five-star hotels and meet other design requirements of this tender. The staff living quarters are not within the scope of this plot.

(2) The project is planned to be constructed in two phases.

The construction area of the first phase is about 60,000 square meters, with about 300 guest rooms (which should be decorated by stages when designing) and main supporting rooms such as business, catering, conference, sauna and nightclub. In addition, there are 3-5 single-family superior rooms with about 3 floors, independent parking spaces and entrances in the area with good lake view. The second phase covers an area of about 30,000 square meters, mainly including high-rise business hotels.

When designing, we should fully combine the current situation, reasonably organize the entrance and traffic streamline to meet the needs of phased implementation.

(3) This project is a group building, which makes full use of the landscape and meets the requirements of phased construction. In principle, catering meetings and nightclubs need to be set up separately, with their own independent entrances and exits. Planning and layout should fully understand the process of five-star hotels, and combine the requirements of phased implementation of this project to ensure smooth functional connection of all parts, reasonable zoning and economic utilization.

(4) After the rapid development in recent years, the gold and silver lake area where this project is located has a large number of residential areas, but the commercial facilities always stay at the stage of relying on community commercial services, so it is difficult to provide more diversified and comprehensive commercial services in the area, which brings great inconvenience to the lives of residents in the area. The location of this project is the core of commercial development in this region. In order to promote the commercial development in gold and silver lake area, when planning and designing the building of this project, the main or part of commercial facilities (such as business, catering, conference, sauna, nightclub, bar, etc.). ) The group layout can be properly considered to provide high-quality commercial, leisure and entertainment services for residents and consumers in gold and silver lake. (5) The elevation of the land for this project has a height difference of about 3m from the perennial water surface of Yinhu Lake. When planning buildings and environmental design, we should give full consideration to hydrophilicity, and rationally arrange lakeside buildings and underground parking garages by using the height difference.

(6) In this project, as far as possible, there is no overall basement, and combined with the environmental layout, a semi-basement can be set up by raising the elevation of the first floor of the building, with an area of about 8000- 10000m2.

5. Other design requirements

5. Welcome domestic and foreign design enterprises to participate in the bidding of architectural design scheme of this project individually or jointly. Overseas design enterprises must have foreign architects to participate in on-site investigation, scheme report and major design work.

1. When the deadline for registration of this design bidding is April 8 * * 17:00, the construction unit will comprehensively evaluate all bidders, select three to five as official bidders, and issue an official invitation letter.

2. The tender submission time is 30 days after the bidder receives the official tender.

3. The construction unit and the government invited well-known experts at home and abroad to form a bid evaluation team for comprehensive bid evaluation.

4. The design units participating in the bidding, whether winning the bid or not, will be compensated with 100,000 yuan of labor costs (what about overseas design units? ~ 50,000 yuan transportation subsidy), and can be used as a design alternative for the hotel's subsequent design and construction units to invest in other projects in gold and silver lake. The first place, the second place and the third place will be awarded RMB150,000 yuan,100,000 yuan and 50,000 yuan respectively.

5. No matter whether the bidder wins the bid or not, the bidder will not return the originals and copies of the documents provided by all participating bidders and related electronic documents.

We are now studying in Ningbo Dongqian Lake Tourism School, a sophomore. Our major is foreign-related administrative affairs, belonging to the "secretarial" major. 6. Shortcomings and difficulties

Because our enterprise has just started planning, there is a serious shortage of funds, and because of the tight time, the whole planning is inevitably lacking, but we will try our best to enrich and improve it. In website design and production, because our team members don't know enough about this knowledge, we have great difficulties in website design, but through our joint efforts and cooperation, as well as our unique services. I believe that our secretarial service company will eventually get on the right track and become a formal and professional secretarial company.
