What are the main points of home innkeeper?

Hotels usually work in two shifts, and each shift is guaranteed to be 8 hours.

Go to work around 7 am, get off work in the afternoon, take over another shift in the afternoon, and then go to work at night.

This kind of work generally has no rest and shifts every day. At first, I will not get used to it. I feel that I will get used to going to work every day. A better place may have a few days off every month.
