2. For the house before 1 September 19981,provide the property ownership certificate of the house. (Because there was no fire control law and uniform fire control procedures at that time, buildings put into use before 1 September 19981were generally considered as old houses. )

3.65438+1 September 19981day, the buildings put into use shall meet the following conditions, and the hotel can only use them after obtaining the fire safety inspection certificate.

Ninth public gathering places put into use, fire safety inspection before business, should check the following contents:

(a) whether the buildings and places have passed the fire inspection or the fire record spot check for completion inspection according to law; Whether the buildings or places that have been put on fire protection record for completion acceptance according to law but have not been put on record for spot check meet the technical standards for fire protection;

(two) whether to formulate fire safety system, fire fighting and emergency evacuation plan;

(3) Whether the operators of automatic fire fighting system hold relevant certificates and whether the employees have received pre-job fire safety training;

(four) whether the fire control facilities and equipment meet the technical standards for fire control and are in good and effective condition;

(5) Whether the evacuation passage, exit and fire truck passage are clear;

(six) whether the interior decoration materials meet the technical standards for fire control;

(seven) whether there are obstacles on the exterior doors and windows that affect escape and fire fighting and rescue.
