Isolation hotel requisition standard

Legal analysis: 1. Isolated hotels should have basic hardware conditions. When used as a temporary isolation place, emergency scientific control and strict management should be focused on air conditioning fresh air system and water supply and drainage equipment.

2. As a temporary isolation hotel, it should be different from conventional hotel buildings in check-in registration, equipment operation, cleaning and disinfection of public areas, garbage removal, signs and tips, room service and so on.

3. When the hotel building is used as a temporary isolation place, the check-in and service process guide should be provided for the isolated personnel, and the personnel should be instructed to go through the check-in and check-out procedures according to the process.

Legal basis: Article 245 of the Civil Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), due to emergency needs such as emergency rescue and disaster relief, epidemic prevention and control, organizations and individuals may be expropriated for real estate or movable property according to the authority and procedures prescribed by law. The expropriated real estate or chattel shall be returned to the expropriated person after use. If an organization or individual's real estate or chattel is expropriated or damaged or lost after expropriation, compensation shall be given.
