Shanghai transnational procurement center project is located in Changfeng ecological business district on the north bank of Suzhou River in Putuo District, Shanghai.

Shanghai transnational procurement center is a building complex invested by Shanghai Changfeng Cross Mining Investment Co., Ltd. and designed by Dao International Design Group, which integrates conference, exhibition, office and business. After the project is completed, it will become an exhibition business center in Putuo District and even in western Shanghai, and a landmark project in Changfeng Ecological Business District.

Based on the concept of sustainable urban architecture, and relying on the image of shells, this paper puts forward the design concept of "blooming shells to welcome pearls and integrating man with nature". The environmental feature of the base is that the exhibition center on the south side of "half green water and half city" faces Suzhou River, and the business building on the north side is adjacent to the city center. The exhibition center is designed as a beautiful shell that naturally blooms on Suzhou River.

Characteristics of Shanghai International Procurement Exhibition Center;

After the completion of the cross-mine base project, not only the annual China (Shanghai) Cross-border Procurement Fair, the annual international procurement trend seminar, the annual China Cross-border Procurement Summit Forum, the annual Shanghai Export Commodities Fair and the annual China Local Economic Commodities Promotion Conference will be held regularly. The center will also set up a "one-stop" service hall.

Strive to set up service windows such as customs, commodity inspection, banks, Sinotrans, international chamber of commerce, business center, etc., to provide more convenient channels for customs declaration, commodity inspection, settlement, renting warehouses under the supervision of the central customs, and cargo transportation, solve sudden problems in general trade, provide the latest policy advice, and handle multiple entry visas for foreign buyers.

Agency company registration, certification of suppliers' qualifications according to buyers' requirements, establishment of commodity exhibition halls and trade negotiation rooms, continuous display of internationally purchased import and export commodities all year round, provision of small-scale international procurement trade negotiation rooms, establishment of training centers, holding special lectures and training, and provision of policy training, certification training and foreign trade operation training all year round.

Tailor-made cooperative training programs and training lectures, two multinational procurement headquarters buildings will be built simultaneously, focusing on introducing regional headquarters and branches of multinational procurement groups in Shanghai, and actively introducing corresponding domestic and foreign trade promotion institutions.
