Aoluguya Ewenki Township is located on the banks of Aoluguya River in the northernmost part of genhe city, Hulunbeier, in the western suburbs of genhe city. It is the farthest and most mysterious branch of Ewenki.

Ewenki hunter is a famous "deer tribe" in history. They made a living by hunting and raising reindeer in the dense forests of Daxinganling, becoming the last hunting tribe in China.

Hidden in the depths of the dense forest, this tribe is a primitive minority tribe, located at the junction of forest and grassland, with Hulunbeier grassland and rivers on one side and Daxinganling hills on the other.

Hunting reindeer stocking point

The folk hunting spot is the camp where the Ewenki people in Oruguya raise reindeer. Because Ewenki reindeer people and reindeer are not used to settled life (reindeer feed on moss growing in virgin forests), the government has kept several primitive folk hunting spots in the dense forest 270 kilometers away from their residence, so that they still retain their unique folk culture and primitive natural grazing lifestyle.

At present, there are six hunting spots for people, which are distributed in the vast Daxinganling forest, namely Maliaso Primitive Tribe (270km), Budongxia Primitive Tribe (40km), Ulyana Primitive Tribe (30km), Suoyulan Primitive Tribe (30km) and Gugejun Primitive Tribe (7km). There are more than 1000 reindeer in total, and the farthest and largest reindeer stocking point is the Mariaso tribe in Alongshan. She is the chief of the Maliaso tribe in Aoluguya, and she is over 80 years old. Hunters and gatherers nearby are Gugejun primitive tribe, Budongxia primitive tribe, Suoyulan tribe and ulyan Na tribe, about 7-40 kilometers away from the scenic spot. If tourists want to go to the primitive tribe of Ewenki reindeer in Aoluguya, it is suggested to go to Budongxia primitive tribe and Gugejun primitive tribe, which are open to tourists and easy to climb mountains. Other tribes are difficult to find because they are deep in the forest, and they often migrate and their positions are uncertain.
