Zhoukou Huayao City Project, a Class A key construction project in Henan Province, is located in Chuanhui District and Dongxin District of Zhoukou City, with Xingfu River in the east, Zhoukou Avenue in the west, Taishan Road in the south and Hailong Road in the north, with a total investment of about 26 billion yuan, a planned total area of about 10 square kilometer and a planned construction area of about 10 square meter.
