Hotel organization management is actually the management of the division of labor and cooperation between all members of the hotel's tasks. The organizational structure determines the overall function of the hotel and controls the efficiency and effectiveness of hotel management. The common problem of backward hotel management in my country is largely caused by unreasonable organizational structure.

Specifically, the content of hotel organization management includes the following four aspects:

(1) According to the actual situation of the hotel and the goals and requirements set by the plan, establish a reasonable organizational structure and Conduct staffing.

(2) Divide labor according to the nature of hotel business, determine the responsibilities, rights and interests of each department and position, and supervise them.

(3) Clarify the affiliation and collaboration between superiors and subordinates, between peers and individuals in all aspects of hotel work, and form the hotel’s command and work system.

(4) Establish and improve various rules and regulations to maximize the effectiveness of the hotel organization to ensure the completion of the hotel plan
