Why is Jing Ya Hotel on fire?
Jing Ya Hotel, a high-end Shandong cuisine restaurant, has been very popular in Beijing in recent years. Why is it so hot? I haven't thought about it in the past, just listening to my friends in Shandong or some friends in the business world. In recent months, several business friends invited me to a restaurant for dinner, and I began to have some experience. Jing Ya cuisine is obviously higher than ordinary Shandong cuisine, from variety to practice. However, I don't think this is the real reason for the fire in Jing Ya, because there are several high-end Shandong dishes, but the momentum is not as strong as that in Jing Ya. At the same time, high-end restaurants also have many competitors. According to my preliminary observation, there are at least three basic reasons for Jing Ya's fire; First, the layout conforms to the positioning. Since it is high-end Shandong cuisine, the target customers are high-end people. On the ground of Beijing, in addition to business leaders, the more important high-end customer groups are government officials and military executives. In Beijing, these days, it is the most basic thing to go to the yamen to handle affairs. It's too bad. I'm sorry. Inviting these people to dinner can't let them run too far. Jing Ya's layout in Beijing is interesting. Xidan is very close to the core departments of the party and government, close to Chang 'an Avenue, and only a few minutes' walk away. Yuquan Road, there is one, which is close to 31 Hospital. Huangsi is closer to the General Political Department. Others, there is another one here on the North Fourth Ring Road, which I haven't studied yet. Second, the box design is my path has wound, through a sheltered hollow, which has strong privacy. When high-end people get together for dinner, the most taboo thing is the hustle and bustle. When they go out, it is a hall where people are troubled, especially paying attention to privacy. However, the box design in Jing Ya is tortuous. If there is no waiter to lead them into and out of the box, you may not find a place. When you come out of the box, you can go out directly through the winding corridor. This largely satisfies the pursuit of privacy by high-end people. Third, service design reflects individual needs. The waiter in the box will leave the box and stand at the door after arranging the food, which will neither affect the communication of the guests in the room nor leave too far. As long as the guests greet them loudly, they will enter the room immediately, so as to avoid the guests shouting for a long time and having to go out to find the waiter. However, if the waiter stands in the room, the service will be convenient, and business conversation will not be smooth. This is a dilemma that many hotels can't solve, and Jing Ya has solved this problem very well. Jing Ya should be relatively transparent in studying the psychological needs of target customers.
