Because of my working relationship, I have lived in Beilun area for a long time and am familiar with Zhoushan. In fact, eating seafood in Zhoushan won't be much cheaper than that in Shanghai, especially in shenjiamen, where it's a rule to kill foreigners at midnight snack stalls, but the environment there is also unique, depending on how you choose, just like staying in a hotel room with a view is more expensive after all. There is a Gaojiazhuang Hotel in Zhoushan, with reasonable seafood price, on Donghe Road. In Beilun, you can visit the old lady seafood restaurant in Guo Ju at a lower price. In Ningbo, the business of Xinshipu Hotel is booming, the price of seafood is acceptable and the environment is relatively good.
