VIII. Termination of the Contract
1. Party A and Party B can terminate the Contract through negotiation;
2. If one party has any of the following circumstances, the other party has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract and demand compensation for the losses:
(1) One party clearly indicates or shows by its own actions that it will not perform all or part of the agreed obligations;
(2) Party A delays to pay all or part of the service fee and fails to pay it within days after being urged by Party B;
(3) without the consent of party a, party b arbitrarily changes the service content, lowers the service standard or increases the service fee, and fails to make corrections after being urged by party a.
3. before the wedding ceremony, if one party proposes to unilaterally terminate the contract for reasons other than the above, the other party shall take appropriate measures to prevent the loss from expanding, and has the right to demand the terminating party to pay liquidated damages according to the total service fee within days.
