Place names of Jida, Zhuhai

Jida is located in the southeast of Zhuhai. It was called Ji Ling Village in Ming Dynasty. According to legend, there was a fisherman in the village who came home late and prayed for peace on the road. He wrote the word "Daji" on the lantern paper. The locals nicknamed him "Ji", and gradually even the village became "Ji Village", which was later called "Jida" for short. Jida is the symbol of Zhuhai, where Zhuhai fishermen are located, and there are several tourist attractions. There are the only fisherman girl in Zhuhai, seaside swimming pool, seaside park, Shijingshan Park and so on.
