Yunnan, going to road trip, is very picky when choosing the location. Fuxian Lake is a place I have never heard of. I know this place mainly because we want to go to hot springs. We checked the hot springs near Kunming. The better ones are Maitreya, Anning and Yuxi. I just saw a big lake on the map. I don't know where this place is, and how it looks bigger than the bait sea.

It turns out that this lake is called Fuxian Lake, which is located between Chengjiang, Jiangchuan and Huaning counties in Yuxi City. It is the largest freshwater lake in China, the source of the Pearl River, with the first-class water quality and the best. It looks like an ordinary area, but it is deep. Fresh water accounts for nearly 10% of the country, and one lake accounts for 1 of the country. Boy, take a quick look.

There are not many online strategies about Fuxian Lake, but it is still very clear, so I decided to start immediately and look for the map casually.

Best travel itinerary arrangement

Day 1: From Kunming to Fuxian Lake, stay in Luchong Scenic Area, play in Hubei on the same day, and shoot the sunset near Yuechun Hotel.

The next day: climb Bijia Mountain, shoot the sunrise, then go to Gushan Scenic Area near Hunan, go to Yuxi to soak in hot springs in the afternoon, and stay in Yuxi that night.

Day 3: Take another hot spring bath in Yuxi, and then return.

In a word, it is a very easy trip, the driving time is not long, and it is mainly for leisure.

The transportation to Fuxian Lake is very convenient, because Fuxian Lake is only 70 kilometers away from Kunming, and it only takes 1.5 hours by car at most, so Fuxian Lake has become the favorite holiday destination of Kunming locals.

Although it is close to Kunming, navigation is essential for us foreigners to drive. This time, I have dual navigation. My mobile phone uses Baidu map, and PAD uses Gaode map. I have downloaded the offline map and navigation in advance, input "Fuxian Lake" in the map, and then set off.

Facts have proved that in Yunnan, Baidu map is better than Gaode's. Gao De seems to have a lot of problems with speed measuring points and speed limits on the road. Baidu's map is basically the same as that marked on the road sign.

12 passes through Chengjiang County at noon and arrives near Fuxian Lake. After arriving, I was a little confused. This lake is really big. In fact, there is a well-built highway around Fuxian Lake with good road conditions. The speed limit is 70 kilometers, and some corners will be slower.

However, we still made a little mistake. I checked Fuxian Lake Park, so when we arrived, we didn't go directly to Luchong Scenic Area, which we wanted to visit most. We should check the road directly. Of course, there is not much difference between the two places.

Let me give you a list of the main attractions of Fuxian Lake, so as not to leave you at a loss.

It takes about two and a half hours to drive on the expressway around Fuxian Lake. You can imagine how big it is. The main attractions are concentrated in the north. Among them, the famous ones are as follows:

1. Yuechun Hotel+Wetland Park: At present, it is the only five-star hotel in the local area, and the price is also very close to the people. It is more expensive during the Chinese New Year, 700- 1000 yuan. We originally wanted to give it to a local tyrant, but we can't book here without making a reservation in advance during the long holiday.

2. Luchong Scenic Area+Bijiashan: Personally, it is the most interesting scenic spot, with a lot of accommodation and the price is quite close to the people. During the Chinese New Year, we only need 120 yuan for one night. The conditions of most hotels are average, and the prices are below 200 yuan. The scenery is good, you can watch the sunrise.

3. Gushan: There is an island with a big beach and a high-class hotel next to the Gold Coast.

4. Sakura Valley: It hasn't been built this year, but it may be built next year.

5. Wanghai Park: Just to the north of the lake, there are many places to eat, which are more affordable, delicious and, of course, accommodation. The scenery here is relatively average.

I didn't plan to go at first, but if I come from Chengjiang, the nearest is Wanghai Park. Listen to the name. Look at the sea. The lake is so big that it has become a sea.

It's really like a park. It's crowded. Let's eat here first. The local food representatives in Fuxian Lake are copper pot fish and copper pot potato rice. We both ordered it. The fish is beautiful, but it is too big and the water is good, so the fish is good. The smallest one weighs more than 3 kg, and our family of three can't finish it at all. That fish soup is too fresh, and it's really not the same grade as the fish bought in the market.

The main species of fish are grass carp and osmanthus fish. We ordered the smallest osmanthus fish.

The amount of rice in the copper pot is also quite sufficient. It is 20 yuan who wants a small pot. It tastes good, too.

Fish is usually 70-80 yuan a catty, and a meal costs 170 yuan, mainly because the fish is too big.

Of course, it is close to Kunming, and there are also some local cuisines in Yunnan. But that copper pot fish is definitely worth eating. If you don't eat fish here, you will lose.

It was windy that day. Understandably, this lake is like the sea. With such a large area, the wind around the lake will definitely be stronger.

Although the weather is warm, the water is still very cold. The peak season of Fuxian Lake should be summer, because you can swim in the water.

The weather is fine, sunny, blue sky and white clouds. Unfortunately, the water here is not blue enough. Maybe the water on the shore is yellow, but the water in the middle of the lake is still blue.

After dinner in Wanghai Park, I visited the whole park. The area is not large, and there are some children's playgrounds and so on. Children also prefer to ride this horse. The price in 20 yuan is a matter of opinion. I didn't want my children to ride it at first, but thinking about traveling is fun, and don't care too much about small money.

Then drive from Wanghai Park to Luchong, also relying on mobile navigation. It should be noted here that when preparing for the rush, there will be many people holding a sign saying "Free Tickets" on the roadside. I really didn't know what it meant at first. It turns out that Luchong Scenic Area was originally developed by a fishing village. In order to make money, the village surrounded the most beautiful seaside and collected tickets for 15 yuan. However, if you book a residence in the village, you can waive the entrance fee. All the people who put up signs on the roadside are local villagers, which is equivalent to booking a hotel in Luchong for you.

I didn't remember until I got to the gate of the scenic spot. It seems that we still need to find a villager to book it to save money. So I went back.

The beach below is the most interesting place in Luchong. Although the beach above is manually carried, it does not affect the children's playing mood. There are also many cruise ships that allow you to visit the lake. The lake is full of snacks and food stores, as well as various hotels.

The hill on the left is the "Bijia Mountain" that we will challenge tomorrow. You can overlook Fuxian Lake on the mountain. The scenery must be beautiful, but we'll talk about it tomorrow.

My wife went looking for it for a while, and then she found an agent. She said that houses were really tight in 2008. Fortunately, we only need one room, so we will arrange a room with a lake view for only 120 yuan for one night, but on one condition, we must have a meal in the store. I also know that wool comes from sheep. Anyway, I had to eat, so I agreed to come down.

Later, I asked, that is, winter is like this. If you want to get a free ticket in summer, you usually have to work on a "contract system", for example, one person a day 100 yuan, including accommodation and three meals a day, which makes those farmhouses feel profitable. Put down your luggage and wash your face simply. First, take a photo here in Luchong, and then drive to the wetland park in the east of the lake to watch the sunset. Because the road runs on the west bank of the lake, you can only see the sunrise here, but not the sunset.

The security guard said that Sakura Valley was built by a real estate company. Hotels will be built here, cherry blossoms will be planted, and a brand-new scenic spot will be created. I see. Then I said, why is it promoted so early? If it's not open, don't call it Sakura Valley.

Since there is nothing to see in Sakura Valley, let's go somewhere else. Although we didn't book a room at Yuechun Hotel, we decided to stay in a five-star hotel in the spirit of inquiring about the military situation for the donkey friends.

This Yuechun hotel is really beautiful. Although it looks like there are only three tall buildings, it actually covers a large area and is well afforested. The hotel has all kinds of facilities, so the parking lot feels a little small. Like today, the hotel is full, so parking is a little nervous.

I didn't order until 8 o'clock, and the price of meat dishes like 40 yuan is acceptable. But it's a little more expensive here than outside, not much more expensive. After dinner, I will take a walk by the lake. The night here is different from other scenic spots in that it is too hot. There are karaoke bars on the beach, and there are children's parks and food stalls on the other side. It's like going to the midnight snack market. People who like quiet may be a little disappointed. However, it's no problem for us to have more people today. We can also let the children play and set off some fireworks.

It's late at night, and you can still shoot the stars. Although it is not as good as the wild, Yunnan is a plateau, which is really suitable for shooting stars.

Although the hotel conditions are average, WIFI and hot water are very powerful. Have a good rest and get up early tomorrow morning to climb Bijia Mountain and shoot the sunrise.

Opposite the Sunshine Coast is a small park, which is open for free. The beach is very big and many people are playing. The island on the lake is the famous Gushan Island, not far from the shore.
