Is the hotel responsible for being injured in the hotel?

Legal subjectivity:

This depends on whether the hotel is responsible: if a natural person, legal person or other organization engaged in business activities such as accommodation, catering, entertainment or other social activities fails to fulfill its security obligations within a reasonable range, causing personal injury to others, the people's court shall support it. That is, if the hotel fails to fulfill its security obligations and causes losses, the hotel shall bear the responsibility. If the hotel has fulfilled its obligations, the damage is caused unilaterally by the customer, and the hotel will not be responsible.

Legal objectivity:

Article 18 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Protection of Consumers' Rights and Interests shall ensure that the goods or services provided by them meet the requirements of protecting personal and property safety. For goods and services that may endanger personal and property safety, consumers should be given a true explanation and a clear warning, and the methods of correctly using goods or receiving services and the methods of preventing harm should be explained and marked. Operators of hotels, shopping malls, restaurants, banks, airports, stations, ports, theaters and other places of business shall fulfill their obligations of safety protection for consumers.
