Visit the ancient kiln and take you to experience Jingdezhen ceramic culture.

Jingdezhen Ancient Kiln Folk Expo Area is located atNo. 1, Ancient Kiln Road, Cidu Avenue, Jingdezhen City (next to Yilong Hotel), hereinafter referred to as Ancient Kiln. We stayed at the Seven Days Express Hotel near the ancient kiln, only about 500 meters away from the gate of the ancient kiln.

Ancient Kiln Tickets 170 yuan. Where did I go to buy it online? If I comment, I can still cash back 15 yuan. That is 155 yuan. After calling to make a reservation, the local travel agency staff will send it to you.

Go right from the Seven Days Hotel, walk to a T-junction, and then walk about 20 meters to the left, and you will see a big sign that says Guyao National Expo Zone.

This is the gate of the ancient kiln folk custom Expo area, which is still easy to identify, right? If you take a taxi from the railway station, it is estimated that it will be around 15 yuan.

After entering the gate, you can see this kind of wood piled on bricks on both sides of the road, and then you will see a brand called wood stove. I wonder if it has anything to do with money.

About 300 meters walk, you can find the tourist service center, where you can buy tickets. After coming out of the tourist service center, walk towards the gate and enter the scenic spot.

See that man at the door? There is a small door next to him, that is, the ticket gate, from which you can enter the scenic spot.

After entering the scenic spot, the first thing to enter is Huofeng Shixian Temple. A small piece of porcelain in Fenghuoxian Temple should be a symbol of love. It looks exquisite.

Huofeng Shixian Temple is dedicated to Huo Feng Shixian Tong Bin. Tong Bin was a master of firing kiln handles in Jingdezhen during Wanli period of Ming Dynasty. He died tragically while burning the imperial dragon jar, and was regarded as a kiln god by later generations.

This is the same as that small porcelain, but the action is different. That price should not belong to this porcelain doll.

All this happened when we passed the Huo Feng Shixian Temple. There is a room full of Jingdezhen porcelain. These tea sets look exquisite and beautiful, so I can't bear to put them down when I pick them up.

This tea set is the most addictive, and the small fish in the teacup are lifelike at the bottom of the bowl. It seems that there is water in the cup and the fish are swimming around. Actually, there is no water.

The second place is the blue and white porcelain workshop. The old man is drawing a blank by hand and shaping it into a bowl. The old man's movements are very skilled.

Why are you so skilled? Because he has been doing this for more than 60 years, and has been doing it for more than ten years. He is 80 years old and enjoys the special allowance of the State Council.

In addition to the craftsmanship, Jingdezhen ceramics is also worth learning, that is, the professionalism of these old artists for decades. Think about it. What can I do in 50 or 60 years?

This is the shape after painting. It looks gray and has no color.

This step is called digging, that is, cutting off the excess part at the bottom of the blank. Do you think there is a dent in the bottom of our bowl?

This is a blank. The words on this bowl can be written by themselves, but there is a charge. For a bowl of 80 yuan, they can write by themselves, and they help draw flowers. The two of us bought a bowl and wrote our names as a souvenir.

Write your name on the bowl and burn it into blue and white porcelain. Whenever I see this bowl, this unforgettable memory will always come to my mind.

I also personally wrote my name on the bowl.

This is a good blank bowl, and this one doesn't look so good.

This is the finished product of blue and white porcelain. Isn't it much better? It's much more exquisite!

Generally speaking, there are five steps to make this kind of porcelain:

Making porcelain clay: Kaolin is refined into porcelain clay, which is resistant to high temperature and has excellent flexibility.

Blanking: Workers use skilled technology to produce blanks with different shapes and heights. (including blank drawing, blank utilization, foot digging and other technological links. Blank drawing is the forming process of making ceramic blanks. Plate-making is a process of trimming the blank to make the surface of the blank smooth and uniform. Digging foot refers to digging the bottom foot of porcelain blank, such as the circle foot at the bottom of bowl and bottle. )

With regard to blank making, the general blank maker needs four knives to repair a bowl. Each knife has three steps, and each step needs to be studied for at least 3 years, 4X3X3=36 years! This technology was removed in half a lifetime.

Drying:

After the blank is finished, it needs to be dried and shaped. There are many drying methods, such as natural drying and drying.

In order to make the molded blank beautiful, it is necessary to decorate the porcelain tire.

There are many decorative techniques of porcelain, such as painting, carving, printing, flower removal, applique, opening, gold paint and so on.

The old artist is painting on porcelain. He paints very carefully. Although there are a lot of people watching, it won't affect him.

After decoration, various patterns are left on the porcelain tire, such as leaf rolling pattern, wave pattern, flower pattern, grass leaf pattern, geometric pattern, Yun Leiwen pattern, sawtooth pattern, net pattern, string pattern, crab claw pattern and so on.

Glass:

This is an important aspect of porcelain production. Porcelain that can be glazed is smooth, colorful and more ornamental. Glazing technology in China porcelain production is very exquisite. Common glazing methods include dipping glaze, blowing glaze, pouring glaze and throwing glaze.

Ignition:

After taking materials, making blanks, drying, decorating, glazing and making porcelain, the last process is firing in the kiln.

This kind of porcelain is called blue and white exquisite porcelain. Put a light bulb in it, it seems very bright. Very beautiful.

Linglong porcelain is also called "Mi Hua", which is called "Mi Tong" by the Japanese and "Glass Inlaid Porcelain" by the Westerners.

It is made by carving a number of beautiful eyes with a certain shape on the porcelain blank, filling the eyes with special exquisite glaze, then painting them with blue and white, glazing them and firing them at high temperature. Blue and white exquisite with its exquisite, elegant, exquisite, simple and generous artistic characteristics, gives people a fresh and lively feeling.

Does it look like a painting? It's really not a painting.

It's just a plate. The difference is that the pictures drawn on the qualified plates are vivid and realistic.

After visiting the ceramic production process, it's time to see several big kilns. The big kilns in the picture include dragon kiln, gourd kiln and steamed bread kiln.

About Dragon Kiln: Dragon Kiln is one of the traditional ceramic kilns in China. Named for its sloping masonry and dragon shape.

About gourd kiln: gourd kiln is the abbreviation of Jingdezhen gourd-shaped wood-fired porcelain kiln. The ancients said that "the kiln is shaped like a lying gourd, with a big front and a small back".

About steamed bread kiln: Steamed bread kiln is one of the typical porcelain kilns used in Jingdezhen during the Song, Yuan and Ming Dynasties. It is named after the shape of the kiln resembles steamed bread.

Everyone should know this thing, right? Have you seen Jackie Chan's Zodiac? This is a rabbit head.

This is when you come out. When you go out, you can see a bronze statue of the zodiac inside.

This is when you enter the scenic spot, in the tourist service center, which is very suitable for taking a group photo. This is a sign!

About the feelings of these two days in Jingdezhen:

When I just got off the train from Jingdezhen, I felt that the railway station was in tatters. Go to the right from the railway station, and a street is not very busy. It stands to reason that Jingdezhen, which has the reputation of porcelain capital, should not look so down and out.

But the taxis in Jingdezhen left a good impression on me. It's 10 yuan when you take a taxi to Qitian Ancient Kiln Shop near the railway station. As the seven-day front desk phone told us, it only takes about 10 yuan to get to the ancient kiln seven-day store near the railway station.

As soon as we got on the bus, the driver knew that we were foreigners, but we still chose to set the watch instead of taking a detour.

Why would I know there was no detour?

Because when we have dinner at night, we always take a taxi to Zhejiang Road first, and then take a taxi from Zhejiang Road to Qitian Store in Guyao. The price is the same.

I was deeply impressed by Jingdezhen porcelain when I visited the ancient kiln folk custom Expo area, and the old artists who made porcelain and the craftsman spirit are worth learning from each of us.

Not to mention decades, if you can do one thing well for ten years, it is also a great thing, just like writing a diary from the media.

How many people lost to themselves and lost to time.

Next stop, I will experience Wuyuan, the most beautiful village in China.
