Is it illegal to buy monkeys? How to punish them?

Legal analysis: illegal. Monkeys belong to primates, and the lowest is the national second-class protected animal. If you want to raise them, you must obtain a domestication and breeding license. To apply for a certificate, you must first provide the legal source of the monkey, such as the seller's license, and also have a suitable breeding place. Domestication in general cities cannot be approved, because domestication will cause problems such as disturbing the people and there may be infectious diseases. If you domesticate at home without a domestication and breeding license, once the report is investigated, a small number may be subject to administrative punishment, and a large number may be investigated for criminal responsibility for selling wild animals.
