Donghaoyong, a well-known place in Guangzhou, has experienced ups and downs from the moat to the stinking ditch and now to the urban landscape belt. Donghaoyong is located in Yuexiu District, Guangzhou, with a total length of about 4.5 kilometers. A bend of clear water flows through the central city of Guangzhou. It used to be the moat of the old Guangzhou City, and it was one of the only six ancient roads left.

However, due to the continuous flooding in the process of rapid urbanization, the turbulent silt accumulation at the bottom and the neglect of sewage treatment, Donghaoyong once became a stinking "smelly canal". In order to protect the cultural relics of the ancient city moat, rectify the pollution problem of Donghaoyong, and make the river reappear the scene of "yellow hair drooping and complacent", Donghaoyong started the comprehensive treatment project.

Today, Donghaoyong has been transformed into a "hiding place" in Guangzhou. The clear river trickles down, and the flowers and green leaves on both sides sway, becoming a hydrophilic platform.

There are also public square parks on both sides of the river, and greenways are built along the river, which has become a rare "green corridor" in the bustling city. Donghaoyong Museum, antique pavilions, winding rivers and stone piers crossing the Yangtze River, fully protect the cultural relics of the moat in the old city of Guangzhou, reproduce the cultural characteristics of Guangzhou's "six-pulse canal" and evoke the memory of Guangzhou's "water city".

After a hundred years of baptism, activation and renovation, P

The pavement of the hall reproduces the working scene of people pawning a hundred years ago. One table, one chair and one window are full of Lingnan characteristics. The first floor of the warehouse shows the models and introductions of most historical buildings in Baiyun District, and the second to fifth floors restore the layout style of the warehouse at that time. The fifth floor overlooks the whole internal space of the warehouse, and the sixth floor is the watchtower. Through the narrow window, you can see the scenery of ten miles nearby, which is very magnificent.

After the activation of the Peace Pledge, cultural relics have been revitalized, and this enduring "luxury pawn shop" bears more historical and cultural values.

Guangzhou People's Broadcasting Station was built at 1924. It used to be the broadcasting management office of the Republic of China government, the former site of the old Japanese Gold and Silver Bank and the former site of Guangzhou People's Broadcasting Station.

Broadcasting in Cantonese, Putonghua, Hakka and Chaozhou mainly broadcasts government decrees, proclamations, news bulletins and cultural programs issued by the people's government, which witnessed the beginning and development of Guangdong Broadcasting in New China. Nowadays, after the activation and transformation, it has become the artistic living space of ART73, including exhibition halls, gardens, art galleries, cafes, conference rooms and other forms of space.

The first floor contains a hall, a back garden and an art gallery, which is the first original antique print gallery in China. Instead of repainting and polishing the exquisite wall inside, the mottled texture of the wall is retained, which has obvious time traces and has formed a unique visual impact with the Tibetan paintings hanging on the wall. In the gallery, European antique prints from 16 to 19 century are displayed and sold. Occasionally, print exhibitions of famous modern artists are held to realize the dialogue between modernity and tradition and make art within reach.

ART73 art living space contains several tea rooms and galleries on the second floor, an art gallery on the third floor, a light and shadow gallery in the middle and a porch gallery on the fourth floor. The artistic space of each floor of the whole building is different and has its own characteristics. It once became a new punching point in Guangzhou, attracting many art-loving tourists to take a quick look.
