Mianxian County is located in the south of Shaanxi Province, at the western end of Hanzhong Basin, with Qinling Mountains in the north and Bashan Mountain in the south, at the junction of Sichuan, Shaanxi and Gansu provinces. The county has jurisdiction over 25 townships and 242 administrative villages, with a total population of 429,000 and a total area of 2,406 square kilometers. Mianxian county governs 17 towns and 8 townships. Mianxian county is rich in resources and has broad development potential. The biological resources here are unique, the climate is warm and humid, the Hanjiang River, the largest tributary of the Yangtze River, runs through the whole territory, the canals are densely covered with cobwebs, the land is fertile and the products are rich.
