*Auberge Nicolas Flamel (1407)

This restaurant was opened by Nicolas in 1407 and was once a shelter for free accommodation for surrounding farmers. This house is already a historical relic. It was not until the early 20th century that it became a restaurant.

This Alsatian bistro retains its traditional décor, with tiled floors, red banquettes and mottled wood-panelled walls. The barbecue, sausages, sauerkraut, and pig's trotters are all great!
