What buses are there next to Guilin West Railway Station and Coral Hotel?

There are no direct buses between these two places. You can take bus No.22 at Guilin West Railway Station, get off at Guanyinge Station, transfer to bus No.99 or 100 on the spot, and get off at Cross Street (Central Square) Station. The Coral Hotel is just south of the central square.

Note: There are thieves on buses and bus platforms in Guilin, and they are very arrogant. Be sure to take care of your money.
