What is the meaning of the activated account set in PMS system and how to use it?

The activation of account set in PMS abnormal red system refers to creating a new account set in the system and enabling it for users to operate and manage. The usage method is as follows:

1. Log in to different red systems of PMS and enter the main interface of the system.

2. Click "SOB Management" in the left menu bar to enter the SOB management interface.

3. Click "New A/C Set" and fill in relevant information, such as the name of A/C set, financial year, etc.

4. Click "Save" to automatically create a new A/C set and set it as the currently enabled A/C set.

5. Users can operate and manage under this SOB, including entering financial data and generating reports.

Note: In the PMS special red system, each account set is independent, and the data between different account sets will not interfere with each other. Therefore, users need to activate an A/C set before using the system to carry out related operations.
