Hello, if you book a prepaid hotel, you need to pay online. You just need to pay the deposit at the front desk. If your order is a guaranteed order, the room rate needs to be paid at the front desk.

After you check in, E Long will check your check-in information with the hotel in time. After confirmation, E Long will submit an application for releasing the deposit to the bank in time for the order guaranteed by the credit card, and the bank will generally release the deposit within 3-5 working days;

If it is an order guaranteed by Alipay or WeChat, the fee will be deducted directly, and the refund time will be 2- 15 working days;
