From then on, as long as I accidentally encounter this problem, I will be scared and hurry to think or do something else. It seems that there is nothing to be afraid of since I was a child. Only this idea scares me.

That was my initial exploration of life and my deepest fear. If I dare not explore further, I will stagnate. I read a lot of books, but I didn't think clearly about this problem.

After the wake-up class, I signed up for a thousand tour guides without hesitation. This is the first time I have spent so much money on studying. I firmly believe that this money is worth paying and investing for myself. Because in the epidemic, the 18th practical training class took five months before and after, with one module per month and four days for each module. I remember that after the second module, I was completely depressed. It was too painful to draw an iceberg and dig it down. That's really a painful feeling. At that time, I regretted it in my heart, secretly calling myself cheap and asking for it. But no matter how difficult it was, I gritted my teeth and persisted. By the time I graduated, I had gained a lot. I didn't expect it to continue to exert its strength.

In the practical training class, there are two scenes that I will never forget. The first scene is the director of competitive public welfare. At that time, after two rounds of PK, Haiyan finally got the director who went to Wenzhou to do public welfare with the advantage of one vote, and as the monitor, I vowed to lead seven small partners who were competing on the stage to do a public welfare in my hometown. The second scene is that I have never taken a brush and painted on a white T-shirt. I drew a big tree with deep roots, thick branches and numerous fruits.

These two things, at that time, did not quite understand the profound meaning of the universe (subconscious). At that time, I didn't know what kind of public welfare it was, nor did I know how to do it. I know in my heart that I am not ready, just because of a responsibility and inertia. That tree is more magical. One second I was worried about how to draw. I'm afraid I'll make a fool of myself The next second, the music of meditation was released, and it was in my heart, urging me to draw.

Everything is incredible. After Wenzhou public welfare class and Wuhan public welfare class, especially today, in my opinion, it was a seed planted in the dark, perhaps an oath made in a previous life, perhaps a family cause. Whatever the reason, I know for sure that I will go on this road of public welfare.

1. Wenzhou Public Welfare

This is a public welfare practice with the students of the eighteenth period. With the guidance and help of a small group of teachers and teaching assistants, 30 students in our class spent more than 65,438+000 days raising funds. I set a goal of 50,000 at that time, and finally completed 70,000. I thought it would be awkward to open a card, but I was so successful that my first friend donated 50 thousand to me. Later, some challenges will be set up and posted in the circle of friends. When you meet unfamiliar friends, you will introduce public welfare activities and want to taste the taste of rejection. Hone one's mind in things.

On April 6th, 202 1, 16, the day before the Wenzhou public welfare class, I deliberately chose the plane at 7 pm and brought three good friends. Duan Zhengqi also specially took the high-speed train from Luoyang to pick me up. Our friend drove us to the airport gate and received an urgent call to inform us of the meeting (during the education rectification period), so we had to give up. Afterwards, I learned that Wenzhou public welfare was very successful, and my classmates also grew rapidly in public welfare classes. While I am happy, I still have a little regret.

2. Wuhan Public Welfare

First, book a hotel.

The success of a public welfare class does not depend on four points: good course design and lecturers, public welfare funds, audience guests and a group of super caring teaching assistants. Good courses and tutors have been forged into gold-lettered signboards by Heine in more than 40 years of efforts; In this process, enough public welfare funds have been raised. So don't worry about the first two. As the public welfare director of this issue, my main task is to recruit guests and convene teaching assistants. After finalizing the time (10,2122), we will start looking for hotels in July and determine the location that meets the requirements of the course as soon as possible. I want convenient transportation, as close as possible to the airport and high-speed rail; The price is close to the people and can be accepted by foreign guests; The meeting room can accommodate more than 200 people at the same time, with carpets for easy experience. After seeing dozens of hotels on the spot, I think the hotel booked in the last public welfare course is the most suitable, just next to the exit of Hankou Railway Station, which is a few hundred meters walk away. It is very convenient and can meet other requirements. It is estimated that it was determined after many investigations in those years. Until now, I am the only one enjoying the cool under the big tree again.

Second, invite guests.

This is the top priority of the public welfare category. All our preparatory work is to give a good class like Hain to the guests in need in the form of public welfare. However, people who have never been in contact with it are not easy to accept, and often have doubts, judgments and even disgust. Those who can enter the course are mostly based on the trust of the judges or the requirements of the organizers (in this city, people are familiar with Hain, and word of mouth has spread, so there may be more people who need to learn actively). Based on this, after I finished my work, I set aside a few fixed weeks in August-September, and made a list of my intentions and possible needs, and visited them one by one, such as city women's Federation, civil affairs bureau, juvenile care center, community, primary and secondary schools, etc. The strategy of casting nets generally and focusing on fishing was adopted. Although, with little effect, I will always meet incredible people and things, all related to public welfare, so I planted many seeds and waited for a good opportunity. For example, Mr. Li, Mr. Wang's former colleague and descendant of the martyrs of the Revolution of 1911, has made great contributions to the protection of the historical buildings and cultural relics of the Revolution of 1911, and is now fully engaged in boy scout training. Several meetings with him have had a lot of collisions and inspirations for my children's educational concept. Another example: I met a friend who gave a public welfare class, and another friend met unexpectedly, and also talked about how to cultivate the grafting and integration of enterprises, real estate enterprises and family education. Everything seems to be waiting there, just for you. As time drew near and the number of online applicants was still small, I began to feel anxious and worried. When all my friends are worried about me, all the resources are constantly moving closer to me. The most fortunate thing is that in order to publicize the public welfare class, Teacher Li Xiaoyun also completed a public welfare salon alone in Shuichang Road Primary School (I was temporarily absent).

Third, inspire teaching assistants.

Anyone who has attended Heine's course knows that the selfless dedication of teaching assistants is also an extremely important part of a public welfare class. Due to repeated epidemics, control measures are different in many places, making it difficult for people to travel. This group of teaching assistant angels, who want to give up their jobs and take care of their families, came to Wuhan from all over the country at their own expense, just for the return of their love. I'm really not too worried about this job. All this was done by Michelle Li, Mary, Wu Hong, Zhou Li and Mei Yuting, the head teacher. I feel the shelter under the big tree again.

Fourth, a strong mentor team.

Before the course begins, Mr. Chen Wei is asking about the guest composition of this public welfare class. The guests this time are really different from the past. Most of them are employees of real estate groups, property companies and beauty hospitals, as well as women's federations and community cadres. They are young in age structure, familiar with work, hierarchical and unable to fully participate in the experience.

According to the on-site feedback, Mr. Chen Wei and Mr. Xiaoyun adjusted the course that night. Moderately reduce experience links and increase theoretical teaching. After the event, the feedback from all parties was very effective.

One of the well-known enterprises is still in contact with Hain for internal training and seeking further cooperation.

Three? My perception

1. Team strength

No matter how strong a person's ability is, he can't do it alone. As the saying goes, it is difficult to support one tree. I have been used to doing things silently since I was a child, and I don't want to disturb others. No matter how hard and tired you are, you should fight by yourself. I used to be proud of this, but after attending the practical training class, I gradually realized that this was caused by the environment where I grew up. Not only did I not get help, but I may also be scolded. Over time, my current behavior pattern was formed. This model is restricted in life and work, and even affects intimate relationship and parent-child relationship. After a deep sleep, I saw the deep fear of being rejected and unloved. I told myself that I had resources and could ask for help. When I started asking others for help, I found them very happy. It turns out that feelings are really enhanced in difficulties.

Look at our tutor team, logistics team and teaching assistant team. They are usually scattered all over the country and are busy, but as long as there is a phone, they will go at once. What is true: the stars are scattered like stars and the torches are gathered like torches. In the course activities, not only can he do his own thing well, but Yu Guang has been staring at the audience, with the overall situation in mind and ready to save the scene anytime and anywhere. Here, I really want to thank the captain of the aviation Wushu team and Heine. After the wake-up class and the practice class, our underlying logic and life structure were almost reshaped. Everyone is doing things with a common understanding and heading for the sea of stars with a common goal. This feeling is really great! 2. The power of desire

Standing on Heine's podium, I once announced loudly: My dream is to help seven students who compete on the stage and hold a public welfare class in their parents. Our slogan for issue 18 is: 188, which is blooming everywhere. Let our public welfare activities blossom everywhere, and let our happy seeds blossom everywhere. In less than two years, Haiyan is in Wenzhou, I am in Wuhan, Xiao Lei is in Lishui, Chia Tang is in Hangzhou, Changchun, Yiwu and Shanghai in the future ... (If there is no epidemic, I believe there will be more).

Will is greater than ability. When your will is enough, the whole world will open the way for you. In this public welfare class in Wuhan, I personally experienced that as long as you open your heart to place an order with the universe and make a wish to benefit others, the universe will present all the resources to you, making you feel as if you have arranged everything.

Repeated outbreaks and changes in prevention and control policies have made everyone secretly worried about me. Afterwards, they told me that they were worried that they could not hold it as scheduled and canceled the multi-party meeting. I never thought about it in my mind. First, I'm used to always thinking about good things; Second, I only think about how to do all aspects of public welfare well, and I have no time to take care of others. Therefore, there are prevention and control measures before and after the public welfare activities, that is, the activities are smooth and the hotel also helps us report everything.

3. The power of the family

My father (87 years old) and my mother (79 years old) participated in this charity class all the time and felt their unconditional trust and tolerance, which was the greatest cure for me. Almost all paternal and maternal relatives in China participated in this course. They came to class out of trust in me and gave me very good feedback afterwards. Thank you for bringing them such a good course, and my contact with them has deepened.

After this public welfare class, I feel that there are countless family members behind me to support me in making any decision and doing anything, which makes me stronger and more fearless than before.

My little regret is that my husband and son didn't attend, and they are still worried about me, afraid that I will be cheated. Although they didn't appear in the public welfare class, they still silently cared about me and sent what I needed to the hotel. I used to be anxious. They didn't listen to me, didn't do what I said, and put forward the opposite opinion, which I always thought was a disapproval of myself. Now I don't think so. I allow them to have their own ideas and disagree with my ideas and practices. They didn't deny me, and I won't agree with this denial.
