There is an All Seasons Hotel (Shanghai Railway Station Branch) at No. 1001 Chang'an Road (Tianmu West Intersection) diagonally opposite the South Square of Shanghai Railway Station. It is very close to the Shanghai Museum and the New Museum of Natural History.

To go to the Shanghai Museum, you can take Metro Line 1 (direction to Xinzhuang) for 3 stops from the South Square of Shanghai Railway Station diagonally opposite to People’s Square Station, exit from Exit 1, and walk along Tibet Middle Road. Go south to the Wusheng intersection and turn right, which is the main entrance of the Shanghai Museum.

It’s even closer to the new museum of natural history. Take bus No. 64 (in the direction of Nanpu Bridge) from Tianmu West Road Hengfeng Road Station, west of the Chang'an Road intersection of Tianmu West Road, for 2 stops and get off at Xinzha Road Chengdu North Road Station. Go back to the Datian intersection, turn left, and follow Datian Road. Go south to the Shanhaiguan intersection and cross the road.
