Changchun Municipal Bureau of Culture, Changchun Municipal Sports Bureau and Changchun Municipal Health Bureau jointly issued a notice that some eligible entertainment places in Changchun will officially resume business on June 1.

According to the circular, some Internet cafes, karaoke bars, game halls, nightclubs, theaters, commercial performance venues, billiards, bowling and other places of entertainment, museums, libraries and other cultural places that meet the opening conditions need to hold cultural business licenses and individual applications to declare to the administrative department of culture and health.
