Exactly: it's called a fire water tank. Article 8.6.3 of the Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings stipulates that a gravity flow fire-fighting water tank should be set at the highest part of the building. That's it. Most of the samples are like this. Some of them are indoor and unconditionally installed on the roof.
