Guangzhou, also known as Yangcheng and Huacheng, is the capital, sub-provincial city, national central city, megacity, international metropolis and international business center of Guangdong Province. It is not allowed to buy a foreign account of Tianhe Vanke Miku apartment, and it is impossible to register in the apartment. It is stipulated by Guangzhou Municipal Government and implemented by the construction company.
