You can choose to call the police. The police will handle it. It can't be solved without calling the police. Discount is suspected of threatening rape.

Although there is no criminal provision named after the crime of intimidation in the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC). But in fact, there are other provisions that impose criminal penalties on threatening behavior, that is, the crime of stirring up trouble in Article 293 of the Criminal Law. This is a purely threatening situation, and if there are other situations attached, it is:

Article 226 Whoever forcibly buys or sells commodities by violence or threat, or forces others to provide services or force others to accept services, if the circumstances are serious, shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years or criminal detention and shall also or only be fined.

The crime of rape refers to the act of using violence, coercion or other means to force a woman to have sex with her against her will, or the act of deliberately having sex with a young girl under the age of 14. Rape (also known as sexual violence, sexual assault or forced sexual intercourse) refers to the act of forcing the victim to have sexual relations by means of violence, threat or injury against his will. Rape is a crime in almost all countries.

Paragraph 3 of Article 20 of China's Criminal Law stipulates that taking defensive actions against violent crimes such as assault, murder, robbery, rape and kidnapping that seriously endanger personal safety, resulting in unlawful infringement of personal casualties, is not excessive defense and does not bear criminal responsibility.
