What do you think of the significance of the postgraduate entrance examination for hotel management majors?

Let me talk about my own experience. I am studying for a bachelor’s degree in wine management in a Southeast Asian country and I am about to graduate. I just finished my three-month internship yesterday. I serve plates in the cafeteria, stand at the gate to greet guests and give directions, and clean glasses and cutlery in the executive lounge. I pay transportation expenses every day to get to and from work without salary. The things you do every day during the internship can be done without any academic qualifications, as long as you have the hands and feet. I found that after a year of practical courses in college, I could learn these things in a hotel in a week. In our hotel, we have an uncle who has been a waiter for 29 years, an 18-year-old cashier, and an aunt who worked in the hotel for more than 20 years before becoming a supervisor. After most of my internship, I was full of despair about my future. I was really desperate!
