Guide to hiking in rain

Rain on foot, a paradise for hikers, is a picturesque Tibetan village hidden in the hinterland of Meili Snow Mountain. Walking has a sense of paradise, which is the epitome of Shangri-La. Rainfall Waterfall has always been the destination of the pilgrimage site of Tibetan Buddhism.

The hiking route collapsed:

1: From Xidang Hot Water Pond-Nanzong Layakou (Mianya)-Yubengshang Village-Yubengxia Village, and then return to Xidang by the original road. This is the traditional way for most hikers to walk in the rain. They can ride horses.

2. From Xidang-Zhalang-Ninong-Yubenghe-Yubengxia Village-Yubengshang Village-Nanzonglayakou (Mianya)-Hot Water Pond-Xidang. This route is an internal transfer route for Tibetans. Because it is too steep, the west has to go through Ninong to Yubeng Colorful Canyon, and many locals will not leave.

3. Xidang Hot Pool-Nanzong Layakou-Yubengshang Village-Yubengxia Village-Yubenghe-Ninong. This route is the reverse of route 2, so you can not only enjoy the beautiful scenery of the rain collapse, but also feel the pleasure of the rain collapse on foot. On the way back, it's relaxing and pleasant to go down the mountain with the Yubeng River. The key is to enjoy the colorful canyons. Although there are 3 or 4 kilometers of dangerous roads near the stream, as long as you are not afraid of heights, there is no problem. Highly recommended.

Kilometers of main scenic spots:

Feilai Temple (3,350m)-Xidang Hot Spring (2,608m, 43km highway, chartered car) is bounded by Lancang River, with asphalt road from Feilai Temple to the riverside and dirt road from the riverside to Xidang Hot Spring, with poor road conditions.

Xidang Hot Spring-Nanzongla (Mianya) Mountain Pass (3720m, 12km uphill)-Yubengshang Village (3200m, 5km downhill).

Rain falls in the village-base camp (3,700 meters, 10 kilometers over the mountain)-ice lake (4,000 meters, 2 kilometers up the mountain).

The upper village was collapsed by rain-the lower village was collapsed by rain (365,438+000m, 65,438+0km, downhill).

Yuluo Village-Shen Waterfall (3,700 meters, 5 kilometers, uphill)

Shenhu (4700 meters, 20 kilometers, over the mountain), a village under rain.

Ninon (2000 meters, 20 kilometers, downhill, steep mountain road)

Ninong-Feilai Temple (about 40 kilometers by road and chartered car)

Hiking route from Xidang to Yubeng:

From Xidang Hot Spring to "Xanadu" Yubeng 18km, it takes about 6 hours to walk through Lamakou at an altitude of 3,900 meters. Hot springs are 2600 meters above sea level, and rainfalls are about 3 100 meters above sea level. There are three tea shops and a canteen on the road, which are a little expensive. If you can foresee in advance that you may be exhausted, start cycling from the hot springs. It is generally not allowed to find horses halfway. From hot spring to rain, 225 yuan, to Yakou, 185 yuan. It is recommended to ride to Yakou, and walk from Yakou to Yubeng (the elevation from hot spring to Yakou is 12km, rising by about 1300m, and Yakou to Yubeng is only 6km, all downhill).

A mountain stream divides the rain collapse into upper village and lower village. There are many choices in the inn, each with its own characteristics, but don't expect to live in a single room. It's all priced by bed. You can stay in the village after the rain collapses, so that you can go to Shenwaterfall the next day. There are many donkeys in Shenpu Inn, 20 yuan/person (food is not expensive, such as a bacon 15 yuan). If the weather is fine, I can see Rizhao Jinshan the next morning. Although there are only two, I should be satisfied. The voltage in Yubeng Hiking Village is unstable, so try not to charge it to avoid charging the machine. Let's turn off your cell phone. There's basically no signal. Just be an outsider for a few days.

The route from hiking and raining to Shenpu Waterfall:

It takes 4-5 hours to walk back and forth to Shenwaterfall, and 205 yuan to ride back and forth, one way 135 yuan. You must go through Shenwaterfall Ranch and Xiayubeng Village to go to Shenwaterfall, but it is suggested that you don't need to rent mules. The 7-kilometer journey is mainly by flat road, and it takes 2-3 hours to walk from Xiayubeng Village to Shenpu Waterfall. The last mules on the steep slope couldn't get on, so they had to wait at the rest stop. The hardest part has to climb up by itself. Besides, riding a mule is not pleasant. Many people have worn out their bottoms after riding for hours.

The magic of the waterfall is that the water is not big and the influence is small. Below the waterfall is not a pool, but a stone beach, which allows people to go directly to the bottom of the waterfall to bathe in holy water, or walk around the waterfall three times clockwise according to Tibetan tradition. Shenwaterfall is one of the places where Tibetans must go when they turn mountains. Except for the last part, the hiking process is not difficult. People with poor physical strength can give up the ice lake and the Shenhu Lake, but the Shenwaterfall is still going, otherwise it will really rain in vain. Pay attention to waterproofing when approaching Shenfu Waterfall. Waterfalls will splash far away, so it is especially necessary to protect the camera from water. If you bring a sleeping bag and tent, you can camp in Shenwaterfall Ranch, or you can choose to live in a cowshed in Shenwaterfall Ranch.

Hiking route from Yubeng to Hu Bing:

The journey is as difficult as the rain collapse, which takes a whole day. You can rent mules. Yubeng's mule farm is located between the upper and lower villages, and the cost is not paid attention to, but mules can only ride to the small-scale peasant base camp of 10 km. It's easy to get lost at first, so it's recommended to ask the little brother in the inn to be the guide, and share the room with fellow traveler AA around 100. There is a rest stop on the way.

Xiaonong's base camp is located on a large flat land in the mountainous area. It is the base camp for the Sino-Japanese joint mountaineering team to climb Meili Snow Mountain in 9 1 year. That year's attempt ended with the death of 17 warrior. The stump around the rest stop is said to be the witness of the amazing avalanche.

From the base camp, there are no tall trees. When we entered the alpine meadow, there were many wild fruits with thorns, including Lycium barbarum. If the weather is fine, there will be a cell phone signal on that section. Climb the last steep slope and stand on a huge rock, and you will see the ice lake hidden in the boudoir. The legendary magical ice lake is small and not as magical as imagined. The water is clear but not clear, and the color is green but not transparent. Perhaps it is people's pilgrimage mood, or the hardships of the journey, which magnifies the beauty of the ice lake. As far as water is concerned, the ice lake is hard to compare with Jiuzhai, but against the backdrop of snow-capped mountains, ice waterfalls and alpine meadows, she lies quietly in a messy stone beach, like another fairy sister who doesn't wear makeup, a piece of uncut jade.

Bypassing the Mani pile by the lake, you can walk to the bottom of the glacier and touch the melting Millennium ice and snow, but always pay attention to the movement overhead, because there are often small avalanches. Therefore, in front of the sacred Meili Snow Mountain, please pray first, and then get in touch with each other.

The route to Shenhu on foot collapsed:

Shenhu Lake is the most mysterious of the three scenes of rain collapse. It is difficult to find the relevant merits and demerits on the Internet before traveling, and the locals even say that the road to Shenhu is difficult and complicated. In fact, the road conditions are not necessarily complicated. Except for many forks at the foot of the mountain at first, it's easy to get lost. After reaching a certain height, there is only one way. The difficulty is not exaggerated. Xiayubing Village is about 3000 meters above sea level, and Shenhu Lake is about 4350 meters above sea level, with a height difference of 1.350 meters, and it will rise by as much as 350 meters after 4000 meters above sea level. Even if it is not high, it is not easy for ordinary people. Because the slope is steep, it is said that the distance is as much as 20 kilometers, so it is recommended to bring a tent.

Go to Shenhu and ask for 30 yuan. Start from Xiayubeng Village, cross the cement bridge at the entrance of the village, turn right up the mountain to Shenhu, climb all the way to the mountain pass and then cross to the Shandong side, cross-cut along a slightly sloping path, and walk about 1 0,500 meters to the pasture. The pasture is about 4200 meters above sea level. In summer, green grass and red flowers are in full bloom, which is the only place to go to Shenhu. Of course, if you bring a tent and a sleeping bag, you can also stay in the cowshed of Kuokka Ranch for one night. Then turn right up the hill in front of a broken cowshed, and climb 100 meters to see the fox.

After seeing the Shenhu Lake, you can walk back a few kilometers, walk directly out of the rain collapse on the Ninong line and walk all the way to the cliff. Every year, people disappear, and the donkey friends do their best.

Walking in the rain to Ninon;

Special reminder: Ninon route is steep and extremely dangerous. First, there are many falling rocks on the mountain. It is best to pass quickly when the wind is light in the morning, and protective measures must be taken when the wind is strong in the afternoon; Second, we must look at the weather. Never go to Ninon in rainy days. Remember.

I was always worried about the complicated route and going the wrong way before I set out, so I asked everyone, whether local or passing donkey friends, and the answers were never consistent, so that the more I asked, the more confused I became. When I really hit the road, I found that the route couldn't be simpler. As long as the entrance is right, I basically follow one road to the end. The road is wide or narrow, or left or right, but it always goes down by the yubeng river. Not counting the cement bridge at the entrance to the village, we have to cross three wooden bridges on the way. Starting from Xiayubeng Village, after crossing the cement bridge at the entrance of the village, take the right side of the river (after crossing the bridge, turn right up the mountain to Shenhu Lake, turn left along Jigeng Road to Ninong). Most sections are wide tractor-ploughed roads, and finally they descend along the edge of a circled garden and reach the river, which is the first wooden bridge.

Suggestions after returning to the west:

It's cheaper to ride a horse from the rain to the west. 225 yuan from rain avalanche to hot spring. After arriving at Xidang Hot Spring, ask the shopkeeper to contact the mini-car and live in Xidang Village.

Precautions for hiking in rain and avalanche:

1. It's dangerous to walk into the valley in the rain, so locals usually don't choose this road to get in and out, preferring to climb a tired mountain pass. It's good to experience different scenery by taking the ring road, but if you are physically weak, afraid of heights and rainy season, please don't hike in the valley.

2. Some tourists are not used to drinking butter tea, but friends who often go to Tibetan areas know that the high calorie and high fat of butter tea has become an irreplaceable food or drink in high altitude areas, so try to learn to drink butter tea. Do you want dessert? Don't make a fool of yourself. Buttered tea is salty. If you want to say that the buttered tea you drank in Lijiang and Jiuzhaigou is sweet, I will tell you that it was specially prepared for tourists like you.

3. On the road with large and small Mani heaps, try to walk to the left of Mani heaps (instead of the right we are used to); Sometimes the long prayer flag will be hung very low. Don't cross them. You should lift them with your hands and drill under them.

4. Don't smoke near Shen Waterfall. Don't urinate beside the prayer flags mani pile (you shouldn't be so careless in defecation anywhere).

5. Prevention of altitude sickness: For people with strong adaptability to altitude sickness, the symptoms of altitude sickness can be eliminated within 1-2 days, and those with weak adaptability need 3-7 days. If you can adapt, you can drink more butter tea, which also has a certain effect on relieving altitude sickness. Medicine: (1) Rhodiola: Tibetan traditional health food, which helps to strengthen the body and relieve altitude sickness. Take it 7 days before entering the plateau. (2) Baifuning: It helps to control the headache caused by altitude sickness. (3) American ginseng: It helps to relieve fatigue, enhance physical fitness and reduce altitude sickness. (4) Quick-acting Jiuxin Pill: It helps to relieve altitude sickness in case of emergency. (5) Danshen Dripping Pills: Treating cardiovascular diseases is helpful to relieve altitude sickness. Of course, it is best to use oxygen tanks.

Avalanche hiking equipment:

Now the local villagers have organized some simple small hotels and canteens, and basically accommodation can be better solved. Therefore, in order to reduce the burden of plateau climbing and ensure safety, the following equipment should be more reasonable.

1, mountaineering backpack: If it is not pure ZN, then a backpack of about 30L is enough to carry one or two people's daily necessities for several days. Some even took shopping woven bags used by Zhongdian and a few extremely simple clothes up the mountain.

2, hiking shoes, hiking poles: recommended as a must. The journey is usually two or three hours uphill and two or three hours downhill. Without a good pair of hiking shoes, you can only wait for your feet to rot. Some people also recommend liberation shoes. Feilai Temple also sells revolutionary liberation shoes, ranging from 10 yuan to 15 yuan, with thin soles and tight toes.

3. socks: at least three pairs of cotton socks. Even if your nose doesn't work, even if everyone's nose doesn't work, it is obviously unrealistic to keep socks from beginning to end. Especially when choosing a strong route, you can penetrate the soles of socks.

4, change clothes: three sets.

5, windproof and warm coat: it is very cold in the mountains at night, and it is very cold without the sun on the road. Add clothes as soon as you stop, or you will catch a cold when you sweat.

6. Jeans: one or two. The main thing is to have a good image when taking pictures, and you can change it when it is wet.

7. Sanitary sleeping bag: dispensable. But according to some unfortunate people, there are many fleas in some places, so you can consider taking them away for health reasons.

8. Small flashlight or headlight: a must for friends who rush to Shenbao to watch the sunrise rainbow before dawn.

9. Kettle: A mineral water bottle will do. Although you can even buy coke along the way, a spare bottle of water is always essential.

10, dry food: a small amount of compressed biscuits can be used for emergency, and some beef jerky or chocolate can supplement physical strength. Taking several bags of instant noodles is a good choice to save money. 6 yuan, a bowl of instant noodles in the mountains.

1 1. Dao: Very useful.

12, hat: It can be said that it is very useful, but the main reason for wearing a hat when walking is simply that it is easier to hold it on your head than in your hand.

13, drugs: essential balm, band-aid, cold medicine, rhodiola or youyi, etc.

14, sunscreen and rain gear

Towels, toothbrushes and other daily necessities are not detailed here.

Tourism expense standard:

1, Lijiang-Zhongdian (bus 25 yuan -35 yuan) has many buses every day.
