Which is better, Qionghai or Sanya?

Qionghai is a city with agriculture and planting as its main sources of income. Its topography belongs to the coastal plain, which is flatter than Sanya and close to Haikou, the capital of Hainan Province. Therefore, the winter temperature in Qionghai is still relatively low, about 5 to 6 degrees colder than that in Sanya. At present, Qionghai has begun to focus on developing tourist resorts and advanced residential areas, and Wenchang, the next city and county, has also begun to build a satellite rocket launch base. With the advantage that the Forum for Asia is located in Boao, Qionghai's accommodation and holiday travel are much faster than Wenchang's! And the consumption level of Sanya is nearly twice that of qionghai city. If the eastern railway is opened in the future, I believe more people will choose to live in Qionghai. At present, the construction of Sanya is developing rapidly, but the resources are getting less and less. So I personally think that the development potential of qionghai city is much higher than that of Sanya!
