How to compensate if the hotel can't check in on time?

Legal analysis: hotels can't let consumers check in on time, which leads to breach of contract. Consumers can ask for a hotel double indemnity deposit. No matter whether one party breaches the contract and causes losses to the other party, as long as both parties agree on the penalty clause in the contract, the breaching party must compensate the other party for the penalty.
