Where is Xinhui Zoo located?

Xinhui Zoo, built in 1958, is located at the north gate of Huicheng Town, with Guifeng Mountain Scenic Area in the north and a transit road in the west, with an area of 11.62 hectares, of which the lake area is 7,545 square meters. The zoo is famous for its beautiful scenery, warm in winter and cool in summer, shady trees and lush grass.

Xinhui Zoo is the only zoo in Wuyi area. The whole zoo is dominated by the Jinshan Mountain in the north of Mashan. Now the animal exhibition area on the mountain is equipped with a beast cage, an ostrich cage, a hundred bird cages, a peacock cage, a bird promenade, a funny garden, a monkey mountain, a nutria paradise and a deer farm. There are lions (3 mothers and children) and black bears in the beast cage. Tame animals, such as ponies, African goats, Mali sheep and turkeys, are on display in the Amusement Park. Visitors can amuse animals from outside the low fence. There is a small lake at the foot of the mountain, and there is a white pigeon tower in the middle of the lake. You can go boating on the lake, watch the heroic spread of pigeons and the fun of white geese and wild ducks playing in the water. There is also a botanical garden in the park, where all kinds of rare trees and exotic flowers and grasses are planted for tourists to watch.

Due to the reasonable design when the park was built, Xinhui Zoo has not changed much since it was built in 1958, but it still doesn't feel backward now.

Trees are planted all over the zoo, with beautiful environment and fresh air. Tens of thousands of people visit the zoo on holidays and festivals.
