1. How to install the boiler in the bathroom?

1. Fill the boiler body and heating system with water through the make-up tank and tap water switch for the first time, and then turn off the tap water switch of the heating system after filling up the water, so as to check whether the Shui Piao in the make-up tank is in good condition and avoid water shortage in the make-up tank.

After confirming that the heating system is full of water, set the water pump to run at low temperature through microcomputer control, and check whether the water pump runs normally. Whether there is water leakage in the heating system can only be ignited after confirming that the heating system is normal and correct.

2. The boiler and the make-up water tank shall be installed in the boiler room, and the make-up water tank shall be connected with the atmosphere, so as to prevent the make-up water tank from freezing, which may lead to system shutdown and explosion-explosion accidents. The one-way valve is best installed vertically on the water supply pipeline with baffle, which has small water resistance and good reflux sealing performance. 3. The boiler is an atmospheric boiler, and its installation method should be carried out according to the attached drawings in the manual. Whether heating or bathing, it is operated at atmospheric pressure.

Don't put the boiler in the room where the bedrooms are connected, let alone sleep in the boiler room. The boiler room should be well ventilated to prevent gas poisoning. Chimney installation should be straight out of the boiler room, and turn if necessary.

Flexible bends with a degree greater than 90 degrees should be adopted, and a dust removal port should be added at the bend to remove dust regularly while heightening the chimney.

2. How to maintain the automatic gas boiler in the bath hall?

Pay attention to 1. Water level: The water level gauges of oil-fired and gas-fired boilers shall indicate high, medium and low water levels with red lines, and shall not exceed or fall below the safe water level during operation.

Flush the water level gauge at least once per shift. If there is any doubt about the water level during operation, it should be washed and checked at any time. 2. The steam pressure gauge should have a red line indicating the working pressure, which is sensitive and reliable. Trap pipes should be washed at least once a week. 3. Safety valve The safety valve shall be sealed well without leakage; Do a manual (or automatic) emission test once a week, and record the starting pressure, opening pressure, seating pressure, test time and participants in the maintenance record book for future reference.

4. Sewage discharge: under the guidance of water quality laboratory personnel, according to the requirements of boiler water quality, sewage discharge shall be carried out 1-2 times per shift, and the sewage discharge time shall not be too long, generally not exceeding 10 minutes. Sewage discharge should be carried out at low load, low steam pressure and high water level (after boiler shutdown), and closely monitor the change of water level to pay attention to safety; When multiple boilers * * * share a blowdown supervisor, it is forbidden to blowdown at the same time.

3. How to install the bathroom boiler

The steps related to the installation of the bathroom boiler are as follows: boiler appearance inspection First, we need to transport the bathroom boiler to the installation site, and check the boiler before installation.

The inspection items mainly include whether the bathroom boiler itself is in good condition, whether the boiler model is the one we ordered before, and whether other parts of the boiler are complete. After making sure that the boiler in the bathroom is in good condition, we will start the formal installation.

During installation, the model of the bathroom boiler marked in advance and the corresponding dimensions in its manual shall prevail. Determine the specific installation location of the bathroom boiler and other preparatory work.

Generally, the boilers in bathrooms are installed in special boiler rooms, but the space required for the boiler rooms is relatively wide, and the rest of the sundries are generally not placed in the boiler rooms. In particular, do not put some inflammable and explosive articles to avoid fire or other explosion accidents.

The boiler room requires that most of the bathroom boilers burn mainly coal. Therefore, special space should be set aside to store coal. In order to eliminate the pollution caused by the boiler as much as possible, a dust collector can be set up to eliminate smoke when necessary. We usually put the induced draft fan outside the boiler room and the dust collector inside the boiler room.

The formal installation is followed by the formal installation of the boiler. In the process of boiler installation, the schematic diagram of boiler installation should be strictly followed. Because the bathroom boiler generally adopts hoisting type, we have to use a series of hoisting machinery to operate the bathroom boiler.
