The Location Advantage of Nanning Liu Jing Industrial Park
Nanning faces Southeast Asia, with its back to the southwest of China, Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao in the east, Beibu Gulf in the south and Indochina Peninsula in the west. It is located at the junction of Pan-Beibu Gulf, Pan-Pearl River Delta and southwest China. It is the hub city of China's southwest sea passage and the frontier city of cooperation between China and ASEAN, with obvious geographical advantages. Nanning has built a relatively complete three-dimensional transportation network of roads, railways, civil aviation and waterways.
1, location advantage
Liu Jing Town is located in the south of Guangxi, backed by the southwest, facing Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, 500 kilometers away from Guangzhou, 650 kilometers away from Hong Kong, 650 kilometers away from Macau, 650 kilometers away from Shenzhen, 630 kilometers away from Zhuhai, 47 kilometers away from Nanning and 0/60 kilometers away from Liuzhou/KLOC. Liu Jing Town is adjacent to Nanning, the capital city in the west, the economically developed eastern part of Guangxi in the east, the coastal port city of Beibu Gulf in the south and the important cities of Liuzhou and Guilin in the north. In the eastern and western regions, Liu Jing Town is at the transportation hub of "combining east and west", and its unique location has great comparative advantages.
2. External traffic advantages
(1) railway
Hunan-Guangxi Railway (national railway) and Li Qin Railway (local railway) pass through six scenic spots. Liu Jing Railway Station is located in Liu Jing Town, Xiang-Gui Line. The newly-built freight station in the railway station can accommodate thousands of tons of goods, and the annual cargo entering and leaving the station reaches one million tons. In recent years, due to the railway branch line, freight yard and warehouse platform of the town, the transportation of bulk goods such as coal and cement originally flowing from Guigang Port to Guangdong has been frequently diverted to six scenic spots.
Liu Jing Railway Station, built in 1954, is a standard intermediate station integrating passenger and freight transportation functions on the Xiang-Gui Railway. At present, the coal, ore, coke and fertilizer on the Nanning-Kunming line continuously flow into Liu Jing Station, and then are resold to Hengxian County, ling shan County and Pubei County. With the opening of Xiang-Gui double track, the passenger and freight flow in Liu Jing Railway Station will be more prosperous, and the market development prospect is promising.
In addition, in the south of Liu Jing Town and the west of Liang Qi Block, there is a Hengzhou Railway Station on Li Qin Railway. Liu Jing Town is closely related to Beibu Gulf.
(2) Highway
Guilin (North) expressway, Nan (Ning) Guang (Zhou) expressway and Heng (Zhou) Sixth (Jing) Secondary Highway under construction pass through the territory. Guihai Expressway and Nanguang Expressway under construction also meet in Liu Jing, reaching Guilin in the north, Qinzhou and Beihai in the south, Guangshen in the east and Nanning in the west. Among them, it only takes half an hour to reach the provincial capital Nanning.
Through Guihai Expressway, Liu Jing Town is about160km away from Liuzhou, a key industrial city in Guangxi, and about180-250km away from Beihai, Qinzhou and Fangchenggang, three coastal cities in Guangxi. Convenient traffic conditions have created conditions for the radiation impact of Liuzhou machinery and automobile industry and coastal heavy chemical industry on Liu Jing Town. With the completion of Qin Liu expressway under construction, convenient traffic conditions increase the possibility of gradient transfer of Beibu Gulf industry to Liu Jing Town, and also provide a broader market for the diffusion and sales of industrial products.
Liuqin expressway, which has been opened, has an exit about 20km west of Liu Jing Town. It is expected to be completed and opened to traffic next year, when the connection between Liu Jing and Beibu Gulf will be closer.
(3) Water transportation
Liu Jing Town is adjacent to Yujiang River in the west, connecting Nanning, Baise and Longzhou, and dispatching Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Hong Kong. Navigable all year round 1000-ton ships. Liujing Port is located in the main factories and mines in Hengxian County and some factories and mines in several counties and cities in Qinzhou, which is the only way for long-distance waterway transportation in Guangdong Province. Hunan-Guangxi Railway and Guihai-expressway pass through the border, which has the potential to develop land-water transport hub and plays an important role. At present, the revised Master Plan of Nanning Port (2007-2030) plans the Liu Jing operation area of Hengxian Port Area of Nanning Port as the most important operation area (central port area) of Nanning Port. The planned total area is 43 1.7 hectares and the planned coastline is 9.6 kilometers long. In the future, with the completion of Nanning Port Project, Liujing Port will become the largest inland river port in Nanning.
(4) Airport
Liu Jing Town is about 70 kilometers away from Nanning Airport, and there is a convenient expressway, which is only 45 minutes' drive from the airport.
(5) Conclusion
Liu Jing Town has the transportation advantage of "four in one" of highway, railway, waterway and aviation. This superior regional traffic condition is conducive to directly accepting the economic radiation of important cities such as Nanning and Liuzhou, and to developing the channel economy of "Southwest Sea Passage" and "ASEAN-Pan-Pearl River Delta Passage".
Natural factor assessment:
① Topography
The terrain of the six scenic spots is mainly mountainous and hilly, and there are valleys between mountains. The mountainous and hilly areas account for about 60% of the total land area. Mount Liuxia Jingni is the "China Devonian Six Scenery Standard Profile Protection Area" protected by the autonomous region. The whole terrain drops from northwest to southeast, with obvious differences. The peaks in the northwest are towering, the cliffs are steep, the surface is deep and the ravines are deep. The southeast is a bare hilly landform with a round top, undulating ground waves, gentle slopes of mounds and dendritic distribution of gullies.
First, the slope
Liu Jing area is dominated by hills and mountains, and the slope of most land is above 8%. According to the difficulty of land construction, the land slope attribute of the park is divided into three grades: slope; 25%。 The evaluation standard of slope attribute in the current slope analysis table is less than 8%. The terrain is flat and easy to construct. 8 ~ 25% of the terrain is uneven, and the construction difficulty is moderate. Only after special treatment > 25% steep and difficult to construct can it be built and used. As far as possible, it is not considered as construction land B and mountain height.
The hills of the township are undulating, and the elevation of the top of the mountain is basically between 70 ~ 150 meters. According to the difficulty of construction, the hill height attributes of villages and towns are divided into three grades: below 70 meters (the elevation of the Yellow Sea), above 70 ~ 100 meters, and above 100 meters. /kloc-more than 0/00 meters should not be selected as construction land.
② Vegetation
The land in the township is mainly sandy red soil, which is relatively barren. Although Liu Jing is located in the subtropical zone with abundant rainfall, sufficient heat and high forest coverage, its ecological structure is fragile. The main vegetation is evergreen broad-leaved forest. The main crops in Hengxian are rice, corn, sugarcane, peanuts, cassava, jasmine, tea and mulberry. It is one of the production bases of commodity grain and sugarcane grain in Guangxi and the largest processing base of jasmine and scented tea in China. Forestry mainly grows pine, fir, eucalyptus and bamboo, and fruits mainly include litchi, longan, pear, banana, peel, fruit cane, citrus, persimmon and plum. Liu Jing Town mainly produces rice and sugarcane, and the famous local product is March Red Litchi.
Under the comprehensive influence of topography, climate, soil and other environmental factors, the vertical and horizontal distribution of vegetation is more obvious. Typical forest vegetation types in the whole region include evergreen broad-leaved forest, evergreen coniferous forest, mixed coniferous and broad-leaved forest and evergreen dwarf forest, among which evergreen broad-leaved forest is an important water source forest and special timber forest. Evergreen coniferous forest is the main timber forest and firewood forest in this area.
The quality of vegetation is closely related to the height of the mountain. Generally, the higher the mountain, the denser the vegetation, while the low hills are in poor condition, and even have become bald mountains. For areas with good vegetation, protection can be considered in planning.
③ Water resources and flood level
The six scenic spots mainly use Yujiang River as water source. Yujiang River is the main stream of the Pearl River system, and Nanning section is called Yongjiang River. The total length of Hengxian County is 144.5 kilometers, the river surface is 400 meters wide, the maximum water depth in flood season can reach 15 meters, the annual average flow rate is 1390 cubic meters per second, the extra-large flood peak flow rate is 23,000 cubic meters per second, and the minimum flow rate is 688 cubic meters per second. Liu Jing is 80.9 kilometers away from the dam site of Xijin Hydropower Station. The elevation of the Yellow Sea once in 20 years is 68.57 meters, and the backwater is 69.32 meters. The elevation of the Yellow Sea once in 50 years is 7 1.54 meters, and the backwater is 72.03 meters ... Baise Water Control Project is being built on the tributary of Youjiang River in the upper reaches of Yongjiang River. After the completion of the project, the water level in each return period of Yujiang River will be greatly reduced, that is, the return period of the same water level will be increased after the completion of the water control project. The land below the flood level can only be used as urban construction land after taking certain engineering treatment measures.
④ Water body analysis
The township is located on the east bank of Yujiang River and belongs to the Pearl River system. About 80 kilometers downstream of Xijin Power Station, the water resources in the area are dendritic, and Yujiang River and Gan Tang River run through from north to south. There are some small reservoirs in the town and its edge, and all the surface water flows into Yujiang River.
There are Zengtang Reservoir, Dalu Reservoir and Yuanqing Reservoir in the town, accompanied by many ponds and tributaries.
These water bodies play an important role in improving the landscape quality, improving the spatial environment, regulating the temperature and humidity of villages and towns, and maintaining the normal water circulation. At the same time, they are also environmental factors for urban flood control and drainage, and are easily polluted. Therefore, it is very important to carry out reasonable development and protection in the planning process.
In the water system of the whole town, it can be divided into three levels according to its value: important water body, sub-important water body and convertible water body. The Water Resources Evaluation and Analysis Table lists Yujiang River, Gan Tang River and Yuanqing Reservoir, which are particularly important water bodies with large area, rich water resources and great impact on the overall environment. The sub-important water bodies, such as Qingtanjiang, Zengtang Reservoir and Dalu Reservoir, have a general area, so it is suggested to keep the water bodies that can be transformed and utilized, with a small area and little impact on the environment, and the ecological landscape can be transformed as needed.
Abundant water resources and vegetation resources are a major feature of Liu Jing Industrial Park. How to make use of these natural ecological resources and make them rich landscapes in parks is a problem that must be paid attention to in creating beautiful urban landscapes.
Landscape value evaluation is based on natural and human factors. Humanistic evaluation mainly refers to reference videos, visual quality (pleasing to the eye) and uniqueness. Natural evaluation mainly considers landform, water system and vegetation, and three landscape types are obtained by comprehensive humanistic evaluation and natural evaluation:
One kind refers to the peaks and rivers with rich vegetation and good visual conditions, which have certain uniqueness;
The second category refers to areas with good natural conditions, general visual quality and medium uniqueness;
The third category is other landscape areas. Category of ecological landscape evaluation and analysis table: Devonian protected areas, Yujiang River, Gan Tang River and mountain peaks with high landscape value; Areas with low landscape value such as Zengtang Reservoir and Datang Reservoir; 6 geology.
The strata distributed in the area are Quaternary (Q) residual soil (north and east of the area), cohesive soil accumulated by rivers (northwest of the area) and pebble bed (northwest of the area); Eogene (e) sandstone (southeast of the area) and conglomerate (middle of the area); Upper Cretaceous (K2) sandstone (south of the area) and conglomerate (south of the area); Devonian upper series (D3) limestone and biolimestone (western, northern and central and northern regions). The foundation soil (rock) in Liu Jing area does not belong to expansive soil (rock). Only seven small collapses (bank collapses) were found in this area. According to the available data, no geological fault zone and other types of disasters have been found.
(3) Comprehensive evaluation of land suitability
Based on the analysis of the above natural factors, the land use function and project suitability are evaluated according to the previously determined land use evaluation criteria, and the land use in the township is roughly divided into three types:
Primary land: land that can be used for construction without or only with a small amount of engineering measures;
Second-class land: land that can only be built after taking certain engineering measures to improve conditions;
Three types of land: land unsuitable for construction.
The planning area has the highest proportion of land at the first level. The first-class land is mainly concentrated in Fodu Village, Hualong Village (around Hengzhou Railway Station) and Liang Qi and Liang Qi Farms. The third-class places are mainly high mountains, concentrated in the middle and northeast of the town, Nanshan District south of Hengzhou-Yongning Highway and Guanshan District west of Yujiang River.
