-"Xiaoshun Micro Tour Group"-

1. Nanjing! Nanjing!

On the afternoon of April 10, 2017, I took the train from Shanghai to Nanjing.

Nanjing is a city where I have worked and lived for three years, but now I rarely have the opportunity to go back. It is familiar yet strange.

I live on Zhujiang Road in the city center. In the evening, I held the first phase of my "Xiaoshun Micro Tour" at Jiming Temple, a famous ancient temple not far away.

The room is downstairs on Zhujiang Road.

The city of Nanjing can be seen from the room.

Originally called "Xiaoshun Tour Group", now I decided to change its name to "Xiaoshun Micro Tour Group" because this special tour group is not responsible for all-round services of everyone's clothing, food, housing and transportation, but only provides a Everyone can come or go freely to two local popular travel spots, so it might be more appropriate to call it a "micro tour group".

I am not a high-profile self-media master. Is there anyone who responds to this neurotic way of traveling? I have no confidence at all.

Unexpectedly, two new friends quickly signed up through the official account and bought their tickets. At the same time, a friend in Nanjing told me that the weather forecast was for heavy rain on April 10. I was still holding on to a bit of luck, thinking that the weather forecast was probably inaccurate, right?

When I arrived in Nanjing, towards the evening, it was raining heavily in the city, and the temperature was so low that I could spit out white mist. I couldn’t help but think to myself, Oh no, no one will come at night. Being let go.

If it were me, I probably wouldn’t even want to go.

I quickly packed my luggage in the room and went out to look for food. It was too cold outside, so I randomly found a small shop and ordered a bowl of duck blood vermicelli soup, which is a must-eat in Nanjing. I didn’t know it was this one. The shop itself does a good job, but because I haven't eaten for a long time and I am cold and hungry, it is unexpectedly delicious.

After a bowl of hot duck blood vermicelli soup, my whole body feels warm.

I sat in the shop for a while, watching the pattering rain falling from the leaves of the plane tree outside the door, and the people coming and going in a hurry stepping on the water in the road. The city lights were bright, and I was prepared for the worst, that no one would come, and I would go to Jiming Temple alone at night.

"We have arrived, where are you?" Unexpectedly, the two new friends arrived at the gate of Jiming Temple half an hour early.

"Wow! How come you guys are so far in advance? Wait, I'll be right over." I quickly packed up and headed towards Jiming Temple.

I was only one subway stop away from Jiming Temple and arrived there in ten minutes. I quickly met two new friends, Wanwan and Qiuqiu.

Wanwan is a tall and thin sister with a cool appearance. Qiuqiu is a round-faced little sister who wears glasses and is very cute. When I met them, I was a little embarrassed to have them come out and "go crazy" with me in such bad weather.

Fortunately, there are still a few cherry blossoms in bloom on Jiming Temple Road. Although they have grown leaves, they are still quite beautiful under the light of the street lamps.

Jiming Temple is not open at night, so the three of us walked along Jiming Temple Road towards Xuanwu Lake. Pass through the ancient city wall and arrive at Xuanwu Lake in the night.

I especially like Xuanwu Lake at night. On the one hand, there are few people, and on the other hand, the city of Nanjing is illuminated by lights, and the ancient city wall also looks particularly majestic.

Wan Wan, Qiuqiu and I walked along Xuanwu Lake to Xuanwu Gate. Maybe it was due to the weather, but we didn’t see anyone along the way. Looking at the brightly lit high-rise buildings in the distance, there was a moment. For a moment, I felt like I was walking in an empty city.

Wanwan and Qiuqiu are colleagues. They work in a health care company in Shanghai. They are usually very busy at work and have relatively fixed working hours. They don’t have much time to take a vacation, let alone come to Nanjing to stay for a night if they are too hot-headed. .

I often think about a question, that is, what value can my travel stories bring to everyone? Is travel really important to ordinary people? Does “Poetry and Distance” and “Leave at a Glance” really only belong to those young literary and artistic people who “have nothing to do when they are full”?

The three of us walked out of Xuanwumen and found a duck blood vermicelli soup on the bustling Hunan Road. Yes, it was duck blood vermicelli soup again, because when I came to Nanjing in autumn and autumn, I wanted to have one. bowl, so I ate another bowl with her. Unfortunately, it was not as delicious as the first bowl.

Wanwan and Qiuqiu will go back to Shanghai on hard sleepers late at night and go directly to work early tomorrow morning. I think, these days, not many people would take an ordinary train from Nanjing to Shanghai, right? This is quite a special experience.

"You came to Nanjing, have you asked for leave?" I asked Wanwan.

She said: "I asked for it. It took two hours, but the leader approved it quickly."

"I didn't ask you why you asked for leave?" I continued to ask.

“I didn’t ask.” Wan Wan replied with a bit of pride, “But I just wanted to tell her, so I asked her why she didn’t ask me why. She said, then you can tell me. I just said, I want to go to Nanjing for a casual trip."

"Haha, what did your boss say?"

"My boss said, too. I want to go, haha.”

No one took pictures for us, so we had to take a selfie with no technical content.

At this time, I finally understood, yes, "Poetry and Distance", who doesn't have something in mind? If there is only a step-by-step life in front of you, what fun is there? An occasional "indulgence" once or twice really won't have any serious consequences, but it can suddenly bring some unexpected highlights to your life. Isn't it great?

2. Wuhan! Wuhan!

The second phase of the "Xiaoshun Micro Travel Group" event was held in Wuhan, on April 12, 2017, the third day after the end of the first phase of the Nanjing event.

I chose the Gude Temple in Hankou as my favorite travel spot in Wuhan. This unusually low-key temple has never been heard of by many Wuhan locals, but in fact it is similar to Guiyuan Temple, Baotong Temple, Lianxi Temple is also known as the four major Buddhist jungles in Wuhan. It is also the only temple in China that combines Indian, Burmese, and central and western architectural styles. It is worth a visit.

I arrived in Wuhan one day early and stayed in a B&B near Hankou Railway Station. Just like I had to eat duck blood vermicelli soup in Nanjing, when I arrived in Wuhan, I definitely had to eat a bowl of hot dry noodles. !

I was sitting in a noodle shop eating hot dry noodles and drinking eggnog that goes perfectly with the hot dry noodles. The weather in this city is obviously much better than in Nanjing. There is a cool breeze at night and it is very comfortable. . Maybe it's because I returned to my hometown, which made me feel happy.

The hot dry noodles, eggnog and fried buns made me eat a lot.

One*** three friends signed up for the Wuhan event, Xixi, Sister Zhu and Sa Sa.

Xi Xi can be said to be one of my loyal fans. The last time she passed through Wuhan, she almost traveled across the entire city to see me and brought me wine. This time she said she wanted to Brought her mother-in-law and cousin to support me.

It’s not that I think there’s anything wrong with bringing my mother-in-law, it’s just that it sounds a bit different, so I asked Xixi, why are you bringing your mother-in-law? She said that her mother-in-law's birthday was about to happen, and she had never traveled in her life, so she thought it was a small gift for her.

Yes, as long as you have a curious heart about the world, where can you go without traveling? Even if it's just a small corner in your own city.

Sister Zhu is a medical worker. She said she is too busy at work and feels like a tree that has been "planted" in one place and cannot be moved. She lives far away from Gude. The temple is not far away, come and take a walk with me when you have time, and enjoy the feeling of traveling nearby.

At the beginning, I didn’t know much about Sa Sa’s situation. She just added me on WeChat and told her that she wanted to attend. I readily agreed and told her the time and place, but she was so clueless. Came here without thinking. Even before I met her, I thought she was a boy because her WeChat profile picture was that of a boy.

I set the time to visit Gude Temple at 9 o'clock in the morning. There are fewer people in the temple at that time, which is more suitable for taking pictures.

Do you feel like you are in Southeast Asia?

Look up at the sky and a corner of the Buddhist temple.

The four friends (Xi Xi’s mother-in-law did not come in the end) met at the subway station early in advance. After I arrived, we all went to Gude Temple.

The location of Gude Temple is indeed very hidden, and it is generally difficult to find it if you don’t look carefully. The temple is currently under repair, and is in a mess everywhere. A few tall modern residential buildings in the distance are a bit distracting, but they do not affect the beauty of the temple building itself.

I took four friends to stroll leisurely in Gude Temple. Everyone was very relaxed, chatting and laughing, and it didn’t look like they had just met. I also thought of my travels around the world. I told everyone the only Buddhist knowledge I had gained at that time. For a moment, I felt as if I was really in a country in Southeast Asia!

Re-understand a different Wuhan.

The mood of traveling is that everyone is relaxed and laughing.

At the end of the short two-hour micro trip, everyone was still a little unfinished. Xixi and her cousin wanted to take me to the Hankou Concession area again, and Sister Zhu wanted to treat me to dinner, but unfortunately I had to sit down in the afternoon. We were taking the high-speed train to Chongqing, but we didn’t have enough time, so we had to make an appointment to see you again next time.

Sasa and I took the same subway back. This little girl had some ideas. She told me that she was working hard to save money and wanted to buy a car to travel around China by car. How wonderful! Do what you want to do while you are young, ignorantly and fearlessly, and you will definitely not regret it when you grow old, for sure.

"Xiaoshun Micro Travel Group", temporarily put aside your numb life and let your heartbeat take you to travel!
