Beef is divided into Chinese and western styles, and the production is also divided into two kinds of pies:

1. China: Proportional formula of corned beef (for hotel use, for family reference, the dosage is reduced proportionally).

(1) beef 5000g, edible powder 100g, monosodium glutamate 50g, raw powder 150g, refined salt 50g, sugar 75g, clear water 200g and crude oil 150g.

(2) 5000g of beef, 500g of trehalose (compound phosphate)15g, 30g of cooking powder, 500g of American fresh soy sauce, 300g of white soy sauce, 20g of white sugar10g of raw flour, 20g of clear water150g of raw oil.

(3) 5000 grams of beef, 50 grams of edible powder, 40 grams of ginger juice, 80 grams of soy sauce, clean water 100 grams, raw flour 160 grams, and 250 grams of raw oil.

(4) 5000 grams of beef, 30 grams of Teresa, 5 grams of edible powder, 60 grams of white sugar, 70 grams of refined salt, 3 grams of monosodium glutamate, 0/50 grams of raw flour/kloc-,and 250 grams of clean water.

(5) 5000 grams of beef, 30 grams of Monopterus albus, 20 grams of edible powder, sorbitol150g, vitamin c10g, sodium caseinate 0.2g, raw flour10g, refined salt100g, monosodium glutamate 40g and clear water.

The above five methods are basically the same, except that sodium caseinate is added as emulsifier in the fifth formula, so there will be no "dealkalization" water seepage under the condition of large water inflow.
