According to the principle of mutual benefit, Party A and Party B have reached the following agreement on hotel room reservation business:
I. About Room Type and House Price

2. If individual prices of Party B's stores are adjusted or special prices are introduced, Party B shall promptly notify Party A; If Party B's price drops, the agreed price given to Party A will be adjusted downwards in proportion to the decline, so that the sales price of Party A is always lower than the current preferential price of Party B's store.
3. If Party B fails to notify Party A's hotel business department in writing or e-mail three days in advance when temporarily adjusting the agreed price of the booking company, Party B will allow Party A's booking customers to book rooms at the original agreed price.
4. When Party A's customers check into the hotel, Party B will directly charge all room rates to the guests according to the agreed price specified by Party A's fax.
Second, about room reservation.
1. Party A will attract tourists and carry out necessary promotional activities for the hotel free of charge, and Party B will be responsible for coordinating the hotel sales department, reservation department and front desk, and coordinating Party A to confirm the reservation order and arrange the check-in for the guests arriving at the hotel.
2. Under special circumstances, Party B shall provide a room every day as a reservation room for Party A. Party B shall ensure that Party A makes reservations within the number of reserved rooms, and Party A will actively promote the reserved rooms provided by Party B. ..
3. When Party B's room is insufficient, Party B shall inform Party A in advance so that Party A can adjust the reservation in time and explain it to the customer; For urgent reservation, in the case that Party B's sales staff can't be contacted, Party A will send a fax directly to Party B's front desk, and Party B's front desk will receive it first according to the contents of Party A's fax.
4. If Party A's guests can't check in smoothly due to Party B's reasons, Party B is responsible for upgrading the guests for free or arranging Party A's guests in hotels with the same star and price with the consent of the guests, and the commission will be returned as usual.
5. The check-out time for Party A's guests is noon 12: 00. If the guest requests a late check-out, Party B can try to meet the requirements of Party A's guests according to the room conditions of the day.
6. When Party A's guests directly ask Party B to extend the stay, Party B shall ask the guests to inform Party A in time, and must make a new reservation through Party A. In case of special circumstances, Party B may extend the stay for the guests at the original fax reservation price of Party A, and then notify Party A's reservation department to make up the extended reservation.
Three. Night review of Party A's reservation
There are two ways for Party A to book the night trial room, and Party B decides to choose the first cooperation mode.
1. Party A will contact the front desk of the hotel directly at around 24: 00 that night. The hotel informs the front desk to cooperate, and correctly informs Party A whether the booked customer has arrived at the hotel, the room number of Party A's customer, whether to stay in or leave early.
2. The next morning, Party A will send the pre-order summary table and the guest status table of the previous day to the hotel sales department, and the hotel staff will fill in the guest's check-in number on the pre-order summary table and the guest's correct departure date on the guest status table, and send them back to Party A that afternoon.
IV. Incentive measures such as reconciliation and rebate
1. Party A shall provide Party B with the check-in details of Party A's guests after the last menstrual night test before the 5th of each month. After confirmation by both parties, the booking commission will be remitted by Party B to the account designated by Party A before 15 every month, and Party A will issue an invoice to Party B. If Party B fails to remit the money on time, Party A will charge Party B a daily penalty of 1‰.
2. If there is any difference in the number of days of stay between the two parties, Party B's cashier record shall prevail. If there is a cross-month reservation, it will be included in the next month.
3. In order to encourage Party A to vigorously promote Party B's guest rooms, Party B has formulated the following other incentive measures:

If any dispute arising from the execution of this contract cannot be settled through negotiation, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the local arbitration commission for arbitration according to its arbitration rules.
