2. Foye Cavern, located at14km northwest of jiangyou city, Li Bai's hometown, is the largest karst cave in northwest Sichuan. It is connected with Kuangshan (also known as Daitianshan Mountain); Li Bai's reading desk; East of Guanwu and Tuanling; Huaying and the west of Gan Yuan are the only way to Jiuzhai Scenic Area. The cave is surrounded by mountains and waters, with ancient trees towering into the sky, full of green. In the 23rd year of the Republic of China, a three-meter-high carved Tathagata Buddha statue was found on the Tongtian River, hence the name Foye Cavern. Foye Cavern is the main tourist area, and the rest of Qixian Cave, Niu Jiao Cave and the western border are being gradually developed. Foye Cavern consists of three halls, two corridors and a river, with a total length of more than 3,000 meters, and there are more than 60 scenic spots in the cave.
